Indeks ini menunjukkan tingkatperkembangan agregat pendapatan dari tahunke tahun terhadap tahun dasarnya.Indeks berantai diperoleh denganmembagi nilai pada masing-masing tahundengan nilai pada tahun sebelumnya,dikalikan 100. Apabila indeks berantaidikurangi dengan 100, maka diperoleh angkalaju pertumbuhan. Angka ini menunjukkanlaju pertumbuhan agregat pendapatan untukmasing-masing tahun dibandingkan tahunsebelumnya.Indeks harga implisit diperolehdengan membagi nilai atas dasar hargaberlaku dengan nilai atas dasar harga konstan2000 untuk masing-masing tahun, dikalikan100. Indeks ini menunjukkan tingkatperkembangan harga dari agregat pendapatanterhadap harga pada tahun dasar. Selanjutnya,bila dari indeks harga implisit ini dibuatkanindeks berantainya, akan terlihat tingkatperkembangan harga setiap tahun terhadaptahun sebelumnya.differentiated in two forms. A series of this index wouldshow yearly price levels of an incomeaggregate related to base year level. Further,a link index series obtained from a series ofimplicit price index would show year to yearrate of price increase.1.4. Dalam metode langsung, nilaitambah di suatu wilayah dihitung denganmenggunakan data yang bersumber daridaerah (kabupaten).
