<strong>Sabah</strong> <strong>Forestry</strong> Department7Human Resource DevelopmentDuring the year 2008, the Human Resource Development Division continued with organization courses, seminars, workshops<strong>and</strong> training, fi tting with the job descriptions <strong>and</strong> job specifi cations of staff. These activities are important in our efforts toproduce skilled workers <strong>and</strong> provide human resources who possess high level of competency in order to give more effective <strong>and</strong>effi cient services.
