Bank CommonwealthSebagai upaya mempertahankan dan mengembangkanstaf inti yang akan menjadipara pemimpin bisnis di masa mendatang,divisi SDM menyelenggarakan dua programpokok kepemimpinan yang merupakan hasildari hubungan erat dengan CommonwealthBank <strong>of</strong> Australia (CBA). Program pertamaadalah Executive Development Program(EDP), sebuah program jangka panjang bagipara manajer berpotensi yang mencakupsesi dan proyek pelatihan. Program ke duaadalah Accelerated Development Program(ADP) yang merupakan pelatihan lanjutanbagi para eksekutif terpilih dari seluruhUnit Bisnis CBA Group di dunia untukdapat mengikuti pengembangan bakat dankemampuan melalui pelatihan bersama.melalui penilaian kinerja tahunan. Divisi SDMmemastikan bahwa karyawan yang berprestasidiberi apresiasi khusus untuk memacu kinerjamereka. Selain itu, Bank juga melakukan peninjauantahunan untuk mempertahankan dayasaing Bank dalam industri keuangan.Untuk tahun 2010 mendatang, divisi SDM akanterus menitikberatkan perhatian kepada pengelolaanbakat dan peningkatan kemampuankaryawan guna memenuhi kebutuhan pengembanganbisnis, sejalan dengan strategi yangtelah ditetapkan oleh manajemen. The HR division ensured that allhigh-achieving employees were given specialreward to boost <strong>the</strong>ir work performance.Besides, <strong>the</strong> Bank performed annual review tomaintain <strong>the</strong> Bank’s competitiveness in financialindustry.For <strong>the</strong> year 2010, <strong>the</strong> HR division <strong>will</strong> emphasizeon <strong>the</strong> talent management and <strong>the</strong> improvement<strong>of</strong> employees capability to meet <strong>the</strong> Bank’sbusiness development needs. This is in line with<strong>the</strong> Bank’s strategies for 2010. The goals <strong>will</strong> beachieved by establishing talent managementmodel, and effective and integrated learning anddeveloping programs.33
