Lagu Killing In The Name adalah lagu yang diciptakan dan dinyanyikan oleh band revolusioner<br />
asal Amerika, Rage Against The Machine (RATM), pada tahun 1992.<br />
Lagu ini dipersembahkan sebagai bentuk perlawanan terhadap <strong>rasisme</strong> dan kebrutalan polisi. Lagu<br />
ini lahir bersamaan dengan kerusuhan rasial yang terjadi di Los Angeles tahun 1992. Kerusuhan itu<br />
dipicu oleh pembebasan 4 polisi kulit putih yang terlibat pemukulan terhadap seorang kulit hitam.<br />
Lirik lagu ini memperlihatkan luapan kemarahan. Kata ‘F**k You’ tercatat 16 kali di lagu<br />
ini. Kemudian ditutup dengan teriakan “Motherf**ker!”. Ini kemarahan yang sudah mendidih<br />
terhadap <strong>rasisme</strong> yang terlembaga dalam sistem politik Amerika. Bahkan, di dalam<br />
korps kepolisian banyak yang menjadi pendukung organisasi teroris-fasis Ku Klux Klan.
