Il CERSAIE festeggia quest’anno il suo
25° anniversario con la mostra
“Creativitiles”, allestita nel Quartiere
Fieristico di Bologna dal 2 al 6 ottobre,
in concomitanza con lo svolgimento
del Salone.
This year the CERSAIE trade fair
celebrates its 25th anniversary
with the “Creativitiles” exhibition,
on show in the Bologna fair district
from the 2nd to the 6th of October,
at the same time as the CERSAIE
Trade Fair.
Il progetto “Creativitiles” che si svilupperà su una superficie
di 600 mq, si sintetizza in una mostra promossa da
Confindustria Ceramica e organizzata da Edi.Cer. spa.
La mostra, che avrà come curatore artistico il Prof. Enrico
Manelli - Direttore dell’Accademia di Belle Arti di
Ravenna, ha l’intento di contestualizzare il prodotto ceramico
in ambiti inesplorati e quasi surreali, a prova del
fatto che la piastrella di ceramica è un prodotto così completo
e poliedrico che può prestarsi ad interpretare le più
diverse suggestioni ed atmosfere.
Per avvalorare questa idea, si è scelto di estrapolare il
concetto ed utilizzare prodotti ceramici già in commercio
per ricreare l'atmosfera di alcune famose opere pittoriche,
trasformandole in ambientazioni in cui le due realtà -
quella “artistica” e quella “industriale” - convivono in
maniera sinergica; non si tratta di pedisseque riproduzioni
di opere d’arte, ma di originali interpretazioni artistiche
giocate fra scenografia e trompe-l’oeil.
Tra le 16 opere realizzate con piastrelle di ceramica italiane
ricordiamo Il Bacio di Gustav Klimt, Jeanne Hebuterne
di Amedeo Modigliani, Soldier of the first division di
Kazimir Malevic, Notte stellata di Vincent Van Gogh.
La produzione tridimensionale di ETRURIA design si
cimenta nella reinterpretazione della Sfera a settantadue
facce e punte di Paolo Uccello (1397-1475), che viene
ricreata attraverso la composizione dei differenti formati
della piastrella diamantata.
The “Creativitiles” project will involve an exhibition area of 600 m2, is promoted by the Confindustria Ceramica, and organised by
Edi.Cer. spa. Professor Enrico Manelli – Principal of the Ravenna
Academy of Art – is the artistic curator of the exhibition, the aim of
which is to put the ceramic product into an unexplored and almost
surreal context, proof of the fact that the ceramic tile is such a complete
and versatile product it can be used to interpret a wide variety
of ideas and atmospheres.
To corroborate this idea, the concept and use of ceramic products
currently available on the market has been extrapolated to recreate
the atmosphere of some famous pictorial works, transforming
them in settings in which the two realties – “artistic” and “industrial”
– exist in harmony; these are not mere slavish reproductions of
works of art, but original artistic interpretations that are hard to define
somewhere between set scenery and Trompe-L’Oeil.
The 16 works realised with Italian ceramic tiles include “The Kiss”
by Gustav Klimt, “Jeanne Hébuterne” by Amedeo Modigliani,
“Soldier of the first division” by Kazimir Malevic, and “The Starry
Night” by Vincent Van Gogh.
The ETRURIA design three-dimensional production also reinterprets
the Sphere with seventy two facettes of Paolo Uccello (1397-1475),
recreated using a composition of different sized bevelled tiles.
