in order to level slight differences in height of the underlying floor, it is
advisable to use a 2 mm thick expanded polyethylene sheet, which also
helps reducing sound.
4) POLYETHYLENE SHEET
Use ring-laid polyethylene sheets or an hd polyethylene sheet stricty 2
mm thick.

3) FILM ISOLANTE
pour égaliser des éventuelles petites dénivellations de la sous-couche, il
est toujours recommandé d’utiliser une emboîture en polyéthylène expansé
avec une épaisseur de 2 mm, utile, en plus, pour réduire l’effet du
grondement sonore.
4) FEUILLE DE POLYÉTHYLÈNE
Utiliser des feuilles de polyéthylène posé à “cerceau” ou une feuille de
polyéthylène avec hd, avec une épaisseur strictement de 2 mm.

Laying instructions / Instructions de pose
1) il pavimento che avete acquistato va portato nei
locali dove verrà posato facendo attenzione negli spostamenti
a non rovinare gli incastri evitando colpi sui
lati. questo perché eventuali rotture non garantirebbero
un perfetto incastro. i pacchi devono essere lasciati
almeno due tre giorni fermi in posizione orizzontale
in modo che le doghe si condizionino all’umidità
del locale e siano più stabili una volta che il pavimento
verrà posato.
2) Leggere attentamente le indicazioni riportate nel
foglio istruzioni che troverete all’interno delle confezioni,
sulla posa e la successiva manutenzione.
3) L’attrezzatura necessaria per una corretta posa è
costituita da una troncatrice con lama perfettamente
affilata o una sega a mano, un martello, un metro, una
matita, un battitore a L, un battitore orizzontale, dei
cunei o spessori, del nastro adesivo in pvc, un taglierino,
ed un leverino.
4) Stendere per prima cosa il sottopavimento tenendo
il nailon verso il basso.
5) affiancare la successiva striscia di sottopavimento
facendola sovrapporre al nailon. fissare la giuntura
con il nastro pvc.
6) posizionare la prima fila di doghe con l’incastro
di un centimetro da essa usando i cunei distanziatori.
7) procedere incastrando le doghe per tutta la fila fin
dove è possibile, posizionando le doghe intere avendo
l’accortezza di non lasciare fughe.
8) Tagliare l’ultimo elemento della fila tenendo conto
di una distanza di dilatazione di 1 cm.
9) posizionare l’ultimo elemento tagliato a misura
completando la fila.
10) eventualmente servirsi dell’aiuto di un battitore a L.
11) iniziare la fila successiva con il pezzo di doga avanzato
dal precedente taglio finale, tenendo presente
che questo non deve essere di lunghezza inferiore a
40 cm. di norma tutti gli incastri tra una fila e l’altra,
devono sempre essere sfalsati fra loro di almeno 40
cm al fine di assicurare una perfetta tenuta degli incastri
nel tempo.
12) per poter incastrare le doghe fra loro, inserire prima
l’incastro sul lato corto, sollevando poi la doga sul
fianco di circa 30 gradi facendo aderire per tutta la
lunghezza anche il lato lungo. Se necessario servirsi
dell’aiuto di un battitore orizzontale. affinché l’operazione
risulti più semplice, posare il pavimento in modo
che sia sempre la femmina ad appoggiarsi sul maschio,
sia sul lato lungo che sul lato corto della doga.
13) procedere così per tutta la grandezza della stanza
mantenendo 1 cm. di distanza dalla parete, in modo
che gli elementi possano in seguito avere lo spazio
necessario per la dilatazione naturale.
14) Si consiglia di evitare lunghezze di posa superiori
ai 6-7 metri consecutivi in quanto la distanza di dilatazione
dalla parete (1 cm.) potrebbe risultare insufficiente.
Superate tali dimensioni è necessario inserire
un giunto di dilatazione onde evitare il sollevamento
del pavimento.
15) al termine della stanza, occorrerà tagliare l’ultima
fila nel senso della lunghezza, per poter completare
la posa. misurare il pezzo mancante, tenendo conto
del centimetro di distanza da lasciare come spazio di
volta in modo da evitare inutili sprechi.
16) procedere alla posa dell’ultima fila di doghe aiutandosi
con il battitore a L o con il Leverino. verificare la
posa del pavimento su tutta la superficie e verificare che
lungo il perimetro sia stata mantenuto lo spazio di dilatazione
di 1 cm. estrarre, quindi, tutti i cunei distanziatori.
17) procedere alla posa del battiscopa, dei giunti di dilatazione
e delle giunture finali.

it must not be shorter than 40 cm. Normally, all the
joints between any two rows must be staggered by at

first of all insert the joint on the short side, then lift
the slat on the flank by about 30 degrees, while fitting
the long side as well for its whole length. If needed,

operation easier, lay the floor so that on the long side

the female joint leans on the male joint, while, on the
short side, use the opposite approach and fit the male
joint under the female joint.
13) Continue this way for the whole surface of the
room, always allowing for 1 cm of distance from the
wall to ensure that later on the elements have enough
room for their natural expansion.
14) It is recommended to avoid laying lengths higher
than 6-7 meters running, because the expansion allowance
from the wall (1 cm) could prove to be not
enough. For lengths higher than those above-mentioned,
it is necessary to insert an expansion joint to
avoid the floor’s rising.
15) At the end of the room, to complete the laying it
will be necessary to cut the last row lengthwise. Measure
the missing piece, allowing the 1 cm distance
to be left free as an expansion allowance. It is recommended
to cut one slat at a time, in order to avoid
pointless wasting.
16) Continue laying the last row of slats making use
of the L-beater or the bevel. Check the floor’s laying
on the whole surface of the room and verify that all
along the perimeter of the room the 1 cm expansion
allowance has been provided for. Finally, take out all
the spacing wedges.
17) Lay the baseboard, insert the expansion joints and
the end joints.

en cpv, une coupeuse, et un arrache-clou.
4) En premier lieu étendre le sous-sol en tenant le
nylon vers le bas.
5) Adjoindre la bande de sous-sol successive en la faisant
superposer au nylon. Fixer la jonction avec le ruban cpv.
6) Placer la première file de lattes avec l’emboîtement femelle
tourné vers la paroi, de laquelle elle sera tenu à un
centimètre de distance, en utilisant les cales de liaison.
7) Procéder à emboîter les lattes pour toute la file ju-

12) Pour pouvoir emboîter les lattes entre elles insérer
d’abord l’emboîtement sur le côté bas et lever, ensuite,
la latte sur le côté d’environ 30 degrés, en faisant
adhérer pour toute la longueur même le côté long. Si
nécessaire, recourir à l’aide d’un batteur horizontal. Afin
que l’opération se révèle plus simple, poser le sol de
façon que la femelle s’appuie toujours sur le mâle, aussi
bien sur le côté long que sur le côté bas de la latte.
13) Procéder de cette manière pour toute la grandeur

15) Au bout de la pièce, il faudra couperla dernière file
dans le sens de la longueur, pour pouvoir compléter la
pose. Mesurer la pièce manquante, en tenant compte
du centimètre de distance à laisser comme espace de
dilatation. Il est recommandé de couper les lattes une
à la fois afin d’éviter des gaspillages inutiles.
16) Procéder à la pose de la dernière file de lattes en
recourant à l’aide d’un batteur à L ou avec un arracheclou.
Vérifier la pose du sol sur toute la surface et que
tout au long du périmètre l’espace de dilatation d’1 cm
ait été gardé. Extraire, donc, toutes les cales de liaison.
17) Procéder à la pose de la plinthe, des joints de dilatation
e des jonctions finales

CLIMA: il pavimento Bipanflor è composto da materiali a base di legno e
perciò reagisce a qualsiasi variazione climatica. mantenendo un clima costante
e normale all’interno della stanza, le reazioni contrarie vengono ridotte al
minimo.
PULIZIA: usare semplicemente la scopa, l’aspirapolvere, un panno asciutto o
passare con uno straccio umido aggiungendo se necessario un detergente
delicato all’acqua. non utilizzare agenti abrasivi, forti detergenti o spugne metalliche.
asciugare completamente tutto il pavimento subito dopo la pulizia.
CURA: raccomandiamo vivamente l’uso di feltrini protettivi sotto i piedi di tavoli, sedie ed altri mobili. aree
soggette ad elevata usura a causa di ruote metalliche, mobilio particolarmente pesante o altro, dovrebbero
essere ade guatamente protette. Sui pavimenti di tutte le zone di ingresso si consiglia l’uso di tappetini o
coperture tessili appropriate per l’assorbimento di sporcizia e polvere. il pavimento Bipanfloor è adatto ad
essere installato in tutti gli spazi interni ad eccezione delle stanze umide.
