jeweller Luigi Quaglia set up his fi rst business.
Over the years the small workshop grew and
grew; Quaglia’s distinct artistic style began to
take shape thanks to genius, skill, the courage to
be innovative, and daring combinations of gold
and other materials.
Quaglia was in fact the fi rst to offer combinations
of gold and rubber, gold and black pearls, gold
and terracotta, and the “Mille ed un diamante”
(A thousand and one diamonds) collection was
quite simply a must have. Tradition was always
respected, but it was obvious that the jewellery’s
