Mit dem Umpolschaltsatz kann die Drehrichtung eines
Elektromotors auf Vorwärts- bzw. Rückwärtslauf geschaltet
werden. Zwischen den Drehrichtungen wird der Motor gestoppt.
Die Montage des Umpolschaltsatzes erfolgt auf einer
Rudermaschine C 577, Best.Nr. 4101,
ohne dass die Teile miteinander verschraubt werden. Der
Umpolschaltsatz wird nur aufgesteckt. Vor dem Zusammenbau
der beiden Geräte wird der normale Steuerarm der
Rudermaschine durch Lösen der Schraube entfernt. Die
Montage ist aus der nebenstehenden Skizze ersichtlich. Man
schiebt den Umpolschaltsatz so auf die Rudermaschine, dass
die beiden Haltenasen (siehe Abb. 2) unter den
Befestigungsflanschen zum liegen kommen. Die Schaltnocke,
die dem Umpolschaltsatz beiliegt, wird nun mit der Schraube
befestigt. Die Schaltnocke muss so aufgesetzt sein, dass nicht
die beiden Mikroschalter in der Mittelstellung der
Rudermaschine gedruckt sind.
Die Schaltkontakte sind allseitig gekapselt. Sie sind gegen
Staub und Spritzwasser geschützt.
Diese Schaltskizze zeigt, wie die Anlage an den
Anschlussfahnen der Kontakte an beiden Mikroschaltern
verdrahtet wird.
Folgende Schaltstellungen sind bei entsprechender Polung
gegeben:
Knüppelstellung Mitte: Motor Stopp
Knüppelstellung vorne: Motor volle Fahrt vorwärts
Knüppelstellung hinten: Motor volle Fahrt rückwärts
Zwischenstellungen wie halbe Fahrt usw. sind nicht möglich.

Sie können den Umpolschaltsatz mit einem doppelseitigen Klebeband an dem
Servo anbringen um eine höhere Präzision zu erreichen.
The polarity reversal set permits changing the direction of
rotation of an electric motor from forward to reverse and vice
versa, with the motor being stopped before rotating in the
opposite direction.
The polarity reversal set is mounted atop a servo C 577, order
No. 4101. It is simply plugged on, requiring no screw
connections. The standard output arm of the servo must be
removed (by unscrewing a bolt) before plugging the two units
together. The assembly is performed as per sketch (at side).
The polarity reversal set must be slipped onto the servo in such
a manner that two holding shoulders (see fig.2) are positioned
below the mounting flanges. The switch cams in such a manner
that it does not touch any of the two microswitches when the
servo is in neutral position.
The switch contacts of the unit are fully encapsulated; they are
fully protected against dust and spraywater. The wiring diagram
provided indicates how the unit must be contacted of the two
microswitches.
With the unit wired accordingly the following switch positions are
available:
Control stick in neutral position: motor stop
Control stick in forward position: full speed ahead
Control stick in aft position: full speed astern
No provision is made for intermediate speed settings.

Inverseur
Inversore di polarità

Cet inverseur permet de commuter le sens de rotation d'un
moteur électrique sur marche avant arrière. Entre les sens de
rotation, le moteur est stoppé.
L`inverseur est monté sur un servo-mécanisme C577 N° 4101,
sans que les pièces soient vissées entre elles . L'inverseur est
simplement enfiché. Avant I'assemblage des deux appareils, le
bras de commande normal du servo-mècanisme est retire en
desserrant la vis.
Le montage ressort du schéma figurant ci-contre. Glisser
I'inverseur sur le servo-machanisme de facon que les deux
ergots de retenue (voir figure 2) se trouvent sous les collerettes
de fixation. Fixer maintenant la came de contacteur qui fait
partie de I'inverseur au moyen de la vis. La came de contacteur
doit être disposée de facon que les deux micro-interrupteurs ne
soient pas chargés en position centrale du servo-machanisme.
Les contacts sont entiérement blindès et sont ainsi protégés
contre la poussiére et les projections d'eau.
Le schéma ci-contre montre le câblage de I'installation sur les
plages de raccordement des contacts des deux microinterrupteurs.
Pour une polarite correspondante, il faut noter les positions
suivantes :
Position du manche au centre : Moteur stop
Position du manche à I'avant : Moteur marche avant
Position du manche à I'arrière : Moteur marche arrière
Des positions intermèdiares ne sont pas possibles.

Vous pouvez fixer I'inverseur sur le servo avec un double-face pour obtenir
une meilleure.

Potete attaccare l' inversore di polarità al servocomando con un nastro biadesivo per
ottenere una precisione superiore.
Con I'inversore di polarità è possibile cambiare il senso di rotazione
del motore elettrico, per portarlo alla marcia avanti e indietro. Fra le
due posizioni, il motore rimane fermo.
II montaggio dell'inversore di polarità si effettua su un
servocomando C577, Art. N° 4101, senza che le parti vengano
avvitate insieme. L'inversore di polarità va solamente innestato.
Prima del montaggio dei due gruppi, levare la normale squadretta
del servocomando allentandone la vite. II montaggio è chiaramente
visibile nello schizzo. Far scorrere I'inverstore di polarità sul
servocomando, in modo che i due elementi di fissagio.
Siano posizionati al disotto delle due flange di attacco.
La camma di commutazione deve essere inserita in modo tale che i
due microinterruttori non vengano pressati nella posizione centrale
del servocomando.
I contatti di commutazione sono beni incapsulati. Essi sono
insensibili sia alla polvere che all'acqua.

Ecco le posizioni di commutazione a seconda della polarità:
Levetta di comando del trasmettitore al centro: Motore stop
Levetta di comando del trasmettitore in avanti: Motore avanti tutta
Levetta di comando del trasmettitore indietro: Motore indietro tutta
Non sono possibili le posizioni intermedie, come a mezza forza,
ecc.
