L’obiettivo <strong>di</strong> questa expertise termografica <strong>infrarossa</strong> è <strong>di</strong> quantifi<strong>care</strong> le per<strong>di</strong>te <strong>di</strong> calore<br />
<strong>di</strong> una coibentazione per poter meglio stu<strong>di</strong>are un’eventuale sostituzione.<br />
Per fare questo, abbiamo deciso <strong>di</strong> stabilire un profilo termico del<strong>la</strong> coibentazione tra<br />
l’uscita dei bruciatori e l’entrata degli scambiatori. Le anomalie termiche in<strong>con</strong>trate durante<br />
<strong>la</strong> creazione <strong>di</strong> questo profilo sono riprese nelle immagini sottostanti in corrispondenza<br />
delle foto reali del<strong>la</strong> loro situazione per poter meglio localizzare le eventuali riaparazioni.<br />
Essendo il profilo termico stu<strong>di</strong>ato in modo comparativo, le teperature misurate non sono<br />
state oggetto d’impostazioni specifiche (+/-5°C). Quest’ultime sono presentate solo a titolo<br />
in<strong>di</strong>cativo. La presentazione <strong>di</strong> questo rapporto rappresenta il nostro formato standard nel<br />
quadro delle expertise termografiche; se necessario, può essere adattata alle vostre<br />
esigenze.<br />

2. Profili termici<br />
Al fine <strong>di</strong> ottenere <strong>la</strong> maggior ripetibilità possibile, abbiamo misurato le temperature<br />
sottostanti sulle piastre metalliche rettango<strong>la</strong>ri <strong>di</strong> supporto del<strong>la</strong> canalizzazione sul suo<br />
tracciato.<br />
Questa misura ci ha prmesso <strong>di</strong> non tener <strong>con</strong>to dello stato del<strong>la</strong> superficie del<strong>la</strong><br />
coibentazione (bril<strong>la</strong>nte/ossidato, sano/abbozzato) e nel frattempo, ci ha permesso <strong>di</strong><br />
in<strong>di</strong>viduare molto facilmente i punti <strong>di</strong> misura. Poichè lo scambio termico tra <strong>la</strong><br />
coibentazione e il suo supporto è molto buono, le temperature <strong>di</strong> quest’ultimi non<br />
dovrebbero essere <strong>di</strong>verse.<br />
Le temperature che seguono sono presentate a titolo in<strong>di</strong>cativo <strong>con</strong> una precisione <strong>di</strong> +/-<br />
5°C, il dato più importante resta <strong>la</strong> loro variazione tra un punto e l’altro.<br />

La tabel<strong>la</strong> sovrastante riprende le temperature misurate sui <strong>di</strong>versi punti del<strong>la</strong><br />
coibentazione. La colonna Punto <strong>di</strong> riferimento in<strong>di</strong>ca <strong>la</strong> situazione del punto <strong>di</strong> misura<br />
sullo schema ripreso al paragrafo 4. Le temperature minime o massime sono messe in<br />
evidenza.<br />
Il punto 16 è oggetto <strong>di</strong> una foto termica specifica nel capitolo seguente.<br />
3. Profilo<br />
4. Conclusione<br />
Il profilo termico mostra una tendenza costante al ribasso tra i punti 1 (uscita bruciatore<br />
destro) e 15 (curva entrata unità).<br />
A partire da questo punto in poi, le temperature aumentano in maniera lineare se non si<br />
<strong>con</strong>sidera il picco del punto 16. Questo corrisponde ad una degradazione importante e<br />
visibile del<strong>la</strong> coibentazione che sarà trattata in seguito nel capitolo dei <strong>di</strong>fetti ris<strong>con</strong>trati.<br />
Possiamo anche notare che il punto 3 (uscita bruciatore sinistro) presenta una<br />
temperatura più alta del punto 1 (uscita bruciatore destro). Questa <strong>di</strong>fferenza può essere<br />
dovuta ad una <strong>di</strong>fferenza <strong>di</strong> temperatura <strong>di</strong> funzionamento tra i due bruciatori.<br />
Il punto 7 (coibentazione trasversale) dà una temperatura nettamente più bassa degli altri<br />
punti rilevati sul<strong>la</strong> parte trasvarsale del<strong>la</strong> coibentazione. Vista dal<strong>la</strong> passerel<strong>la</strong> superiore,<br />

sembra che questa parte del<strong>la</strong> coibentazione (o almeno il suo rivestimento esterno) siano<br />
stati sostituiti recentemente.<br />
Le nostre <strong>con</strong>clusioni sono:<br />
• Buon profilo termico del<strong>la</strong> coibentazione dall’uscita dei bruciatori all’entrata<br />
dell’unità: ad eccezione <strong>di</strong> alcune per<strong>di</strong>te puntuali riprese <strong>di</strong> seguito, <strong>la</strong><br />
coibentazione non presenta zone rovinate importanti.<br />
• Se <strong>la</strong> parte prossima al punto <strong>di</strong> misura 7 è stata effettivamente manutentata<br />
recentemente, <strong>la</strong> <strong>di</strong>fferenza <strong>di</strong> temperatura <strong>con</strong> il resto del<strong>la</strong> coibentazione (+/-35°C)<br />
vi permette <strong>di</strong> valutare l’interesse <strong>di</strong> una sostituzione totale.<br />
• L’aumento lineare del<strong>la</strong> temperatura all’entrata dell’unità mostra una degradazione<br />
più importante del<strong>la</strong> coibentazione a partire da questo punto.<br />
