ETICHETTATURA DEGLI AGENTI E DEI PREPARATI IL CONTROLLO “ A MONTE” SCHEDE DI SICUREZZA
Chi immette sul mercato un preparato pericoloso, sia esso il fabbricante, l’importatore l importatore o il distributore, è tenuto ad applicare un’etichetta un etichetta sull’imballo sull imballo e a fornire gratuitamente al destinatario del preparato una scheda informativa in materia di sicurezza (su supporto cartaceo o informatico), in occasione o anteriormente alla prima fornitura.
