APPLICAZIONE
I quadri di disaerazione e l’agitazione prodotto, trovano la loro principale applicazione
nell’industria e nel settore alimentare, enologico, oleario e chimico.
L’utilizzo principale è la protezione del prodotto dall’aria atmosferica, evitando
l’ossidazione e il deterioramento del prodotto.
PRINCIPIO DI FUNZIONAMENTO
Il quadro di decompressione per la disaerazione è provvisto di un regolatore che
riduce la pressione da 220 Bar a 0 Bar.
Il quadro è dotato di due ingressi (3A-1A e 3B-1B) per permettere con una apertura
alternata di avere una linea in esercizio ed una in riserva e di un flussimetro
per la regolazione del gas da iniettare.
Il quadro è alimentato direttamente da bombole.
In funzione dei consumi le bombole possono essere raggruppate su collettori.
APPLICATION
The deaeration boards and the produced agitation find their mail application in the food,
oenology, oil and chemical industry and field.
The main use is the protection of the product against the atmospheric air, thus avoiding the oxidation
and the deterioration of the product.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The decompression board for the deaeration is equipped with a regulator that reduces the
pressure from 220 Bar to 0 Bar.
The board has two inlets (3A-1A and 3B-1B) to allow with an alternate opening to have one
line in operation and another one as a reserve and by a flowmeter for gas injection
adjustment.
The board is directly fed by means of bottles.
