È un centro di lavoro automatico per fusione e centrifugazione di
leghe bassofondenti in stampi di gomma.
Gli impianti TRANSFER TRSE ® , progettati con materiali, lavorazioni e
componenti d’avanguardia, consentono i migliori risultati in termini
di affidabilità e produttività; anni di esperienza ci hanno permesso
di interpretare le esigenze dell’utilizzatore e di mettere a punto una
macchina che risponda a moderni criteri di ergonomia.
TRSE AUTOMAT ® , completamente rinnovata, è destinata alla produzione
di accessori metallici di piccole e medie dimensioni per
pelletteria e calzature, articoli promozionali, bigiotteria, targhe,
statuette ecc. con una produttività anche di 300 colate/ora.
Completano l’impianto un caricatore brevettato e una pedana per
l’ispezione della zona di fusione.
Le TRSE ® possono essere inserite in isole di lavoro autonome, ottimali
sia per produttività che per risparmio di materiali e di risorse umane.
L’impianto modulare ideale consigliato delle TRSE è costituito da:
• TRSE AUTOMAT ® o TRSE COMPACTA ® o TRSE BARCODE ® : la
scelta dipende dal livello di automazione possibile.
• TRA Matic ® : il tavolo di raffreddamento, a circolazione d’aria
forzata, accelera il raffreddamento delle matrici in gomma
disposte su una rastrelliera.
• ASP/2 Matic ® : macchina per aspirare e recuperare il talco in
eccesso dagli stampi, consente di ottemperare alle normative
sulla salvaguardia e la tutela dell’igiene dell’ambiente di lavoro.
• P400 -16”Matic ® : vulcanizzatore per la produzione di stampi
in silicone o gomma organica.
L’isola di lavoro può essere completata da una linea per la finitura
superficiale dei pezzi fusi ed è composta da una coppia (vibratore
VIB o VIBE e asciugatrice ASC) delle seguenti macchine vibranti:
LINEA ZINCO
• Per la sbavatura: VIB150WL o VIB90WL, VIB350WL oppure
VIBE220CA o VIBE315CA a canale ascendente.
• Per l’asciugatura-lucidatura: ASC100 o ASC 350 necessarie per
prevenire l’ossidazione e per preparare i pezzi al successivo
trattamento galvanico.
LINEA STAGNO
• Per la sbavatura: VIB90SM a scarico manuale, VIB90WL a
scarico automatico.
• Per l’asciugatura-lucidatura: ASC100 necessaria a prevenire
l’ossidazione e preparare i pezzi al successivo trattamento
galvanico.
Impianto modulare - Modular plant
This is an automatic workstation designed to cast and centrifuge
low-melting alloys in rubber molds.
TRANSFER TRSE ® plants, which are manufactured using state-of-the
art materials, processes and components, enable the achievement
of excellent results in terms of quality and output. Our wide-ranging
experience in the field has in fact enabled us to fully understand the
needs of customers and incorporate them in machines that satisfy
modern ergonomic criteria.
TRSE AUTOMAT ® , entirely redesigned, can be used to produce
small and medium-sized metal accessories for the leather and shoe
industries, promotional items, nameplates, figurines, etc., with a
maximum output of 300 casts/hour. The plant also includes a
patented loader and a platform for the inspection of the casting area.
TRSE ® machines can be used as independent workstations, to achieve
optimum output and savings in terms of materials and labor costs.
The ideal modular plant recommended by TRSE comprises:
• TRSE AUTOMAT ® or TRSE COMPACTA ® or TRSE BARCODE ® :
depending on the level of automation required.
• TRA Matic ® : cooling table with forced air circulation that accelerates
the cooling of the rubber matrices placed on the rack.
• ASP/2 Matic ® : this machine sucks and removes the excess talc
from the molds, thus enabling customers to fully meet standard
requirements related to the protection and health of work
environments.
• P400 -16”Matic ® : this is a vulcanizer for the production of molds
in organic silicone or rubber.
The workstation can be completed with a line for the superficial finishing
of cast parts, through the addition of two (VIB or VIBE vibrator
and ASC dryer) of the following vibrating machines:
ZINC LINE
• For trimming: VIB150WL or VIB90WL, VIB350WL or
VIBE220CA or VIBE315CA with ascending channel.
• For drying-polishing: ASC100 or ASC 350, which is useful to
prevent oxidation and preparation of parts for subsequent
plating treatment.
TIN LINE
• For trimming: VIB90SM with manual loading, VIB90WL with
automatic loading.
• For drying and polishing: ASC100, which is useful to prevent
oxidation and prepare the parts for ubsequent galvanic treatment.

Accessori optional
• Caricatore per materozze e metallo (brevettato) con sistema di
controllo a tre livelli:
- livello di massimo: determina il massimo livello di carica (arresta
il caricatore);
- livello di minimo: avvia il caricatore;
- livello di emergenza: avvisa l’operatore per il carico dei lingotti.
• Questo sistema garantisce:
- il mantenimento costante del livello del metallo nel crogiolo;
- il mantenimento costante della temperatura;
- il mantenimento costante della qualità della lega, (miscela
materozze/lingotti);
- un notevole risparmio di energia e di tempo;
- una qualità decisamente migliore.
• Pedana con scala di ispezione: permette un più agevole accesso
al forno per la pulizia del crogiolo e degli elementi di controllo.

La TRSE COMPACTA ® è l’evoluzione della TRSE
AUTOMAT ® e per le sue caratteristiche tecnicoproduttive
si colloca tra la TRSE AUTOMAT ® e la
TRSE BARCODE ® .
Caratteristiche tecniche
La TRSE COMPACTA ® ha le stesse caratteristiche
tecnico-meccaniche e gli stessi optional della TRSE
AUTOMAT ® dalla quale si differenzia però completamente
per la parte elettronica.
Infatti è dotata di un terminale operativo che
comprende:
• monitor con testierino alfa-numerico
di facile uso sul pannello sinottico;
• PLC con varie schede di espansione
che sostituiscono pirometri, temporizzatori,
orologi, ecc.
• un’unica scheda (hardware) programmabile
per la gestione e il controllo
di tutti i parametri di lavoro (tempi,
velocità e pressione centrifuga), delle temperature
(forno, crogiolo e condotto), del funzionamento
della macchina (accensione e spegnimento)
e soprattutto dell’autodiagnostica di funzionamento;
• modem per la teleassistenza, con notevolissimo
risparmio in termini di fermo-macchina e di costo
di assistenza tecnica (necessita di una linea telefonica
analogica diretta collegata all’impianto).
Il nuovo software prevede la memorizzazione
di 10 cicli completi di lavoro, mediante la gestione
dei 4 parametri di lavoro (tempo, velocità,
pressione di centrifugazione e quantità di metallo).

TRSE COMPACTA ®
This is an automatic workstation that can be used to cast and
centrifuge low-melting alloys in rubber molds.
TRSE COMPACTA ® is the advanced version of TRSE
AUTOMAT ® and can be regarded a model in
between TRSE AUTOMAT ® and TRSE BARCODE ®
in terms of technical features and output.
Technical specifications
TRSE COMPACTA ® has the same technical and
mechanical characteristics and the same optional
accessories as TRSE AUTOMAT ® , but differs in
respect of its electronics.
The machine comes in fact with an operating
terminal that comprises:
• a monitor with an intuitive alphanumerical
keypad on the synoptic
panel.
• a PLC with several expansion cards
that replace the pyrometers, timers,
clocks, etc.
• single programmable card
(hardware) that can be used to
manage and control all operating parameters
(time, speed and centrifuging speed), tempe
ratures (furnace, crucible and channel),
machine operation (start and stop) and operating
diagnostics;
• a modem for remote assistance that minimizes
downtime and significantly reduces technical
support costs, in that it only requires an analogue
line directly connected to the plant.
The new software enables to store 10 complete
work cycles and manage 4 operating parameters
(time, speed, centrifuging pressure and metal
quantity).

TRSE BARCODE ®
In produzione dal 1988 è un centro di lavoro
automatico, per fusione e centrifugazione
di leghe bassofondenti in stampi di
gomma, dotato di sistema BARCODE.
Questa innovativa tecnologia consente
alla macchina di valutare automaticamente
e immediatamente ogni stampo
e quindi di far variare i parametri di
regolazione del ciclo produttivo. A
ogni stampo è applicata un’etichetta
che
lo identifica con un codice numerico
progressivo e il corrispondente codice
a barre.
Uno scanner legge il codice e lo trasmette
a una unità PLC che gestisce
autonomamente la banca dati e i parametri
del ciclo produttivo, aumentando
notevolmente la produzione, con estrema
precisione e senza errori.
Caratteristiche tecniche
La TRSE BARCODE ® ha le stesse caratteristiche
tecnico-meccaniche (supercollaudate
e affidabili) della TRSE AUTOMAT ®
e della TRSE COMPACTA ® .
È dotata di:
• lettore di BARCODE che trasmette il
numero di codice al PLC;
• monitor con testierino alfa-numerico di
facile uso sul quadro a leggio;
• PLC in grado di memorizzare 26.000

TRSE BARCODE ®
Manufactured since 1988, this is an automatic workstation that can
be used to cast and centrifuge low melting-point alloys in rubber
molds, and is also fitted with a BARCODE system.
This innovative technology enables the machine to
automatically and promptly assess each mold and
change the parameters adapting them to the
production cycle. Each mold is labeled with a
progressive code number and corresponding
bar code.
The scanner reads the code and transmits it to a
PLC unit that independently manages the database
and parameters of the production cycles, thus
enhancing the output and accuracy, while
minimizing errors.
Technical characteristics
TRSE BARCODE ® has the same technical
and mechanical (ultra-patented and
reliable) characteristics of TRSE AUTO-
MAT ® and TRSE COMPACTA ® .
It is equipped with:
• BARCODE reader that transmits the code
numbers to the PLC;
• monitor with intuitive alphanumerical
keypad on the board;
• PLC able to store information 26,000
molds with the related parameters
required for the management of working
cycles:

Nicem SpA: esperienza e innovazione
I centri di lavoro automatici
per fusione e colata centrifuga
La Nicem SpA (Nicetto Costruzioni Elettromeccaniche) nasce nel 1970 e comincia la propria attività con
la produzione di macchine nel settore della fusione: centrifughe, forni e successivamente vulcanizzatori.
Contemporaneamente Nicem SpA si dedica anche alla costruzione di forni per mole abrasive (da 1 a 10
metri cubi) che sono tuttora in produzione: installati nei cinque continenti, si sono affermati come i migliori al
mondo per uniformità di cottura (1°C di tolleranza su 250°C). La produzione si è estesa anche alle mescole
siliconiche, agli impianti completi per la produzione di dischi abrasivi e flessibili, nonché in seguito
a macchine, impianti e composti abrasivi di vibrofinitura per l’utilizzo sia nel settore che nell’industria in
generale e infine impianti custom robotizzati per applicazioni speciali.
Da subito l’attenzione si è rivolta alla progettazione e costruzione di macchine con contenuti tecnologici
d’avanguardia, con un alto livello di automatizzazione.
Infatti, dopo aver iniziato con macchine semplici, si è proseguito subito con macchine molto più
affidabili, nella concezione della più completa automazione.
Grande attenzione è stata dedicata all’innovazione che ha consentito alla Nicem SpA di inventare
sistemi elettromeccanici dedicati, quali il cilindro rotante della centrifuga, la traslazione della tavola
porta-stampi con meccanica di precisione per la massima ripetibilità e quindi
affidabilità. Soluzioni ancora attualissime dopo trent’anni.
Dopo i primi dieci anni di attività, nel 1980 inizia il periodo che vede,
con una frequenza di ogni 3/5 anni, una serie di evoluzioni delle macchine
originarie. Questo grazie soprattutto all’utilizzo di nuove tecnologie come,
per esempio, un moderno ed evoluto PLC o l’inverter per la regolazione
dei giri centrifuga.
Tra il 1985 e 1990 la Nicem SpA ha concepito
e sviluppato l’idea di una macchina che
riconoscesse gli stampi e si autoregolasse
mettendo in memoria i sette parametri base
di lavoro per ogni stampo: numero dello
stampo, quantità pezzi per stampo programmabili,
pressione chiusura stampo, senso di
rotazione centrifuga, velocità centrifuga,
quantità metallo, tempo di ciclo.
In questo modo non sono state più necessarie
le regolazioni manuali per ogni colata.
È nata così la TRSE Barcode, una macchina
importante, molto produttiva, realizzata già
in circa cento esemplari.
Questa invenzione è stata l’occasione per la
rivisitazione del reparto produttivo dell’azienda (in particolare carpenteria
e macchine utensili), finalizzata a garantire agli utilizzatori macchine realizzate con una
ripetitività su standard di alto livello.
Determinante a tal fine è stata l’adozione dei centri di lavoro a controllo numerico per passare
dalla produzione a livello artigianale a una standardizzazione ad alto livello del prodotto finale.
Si è proseguito creando programmi di produzione e di assemblaggio di più macchine Barcode,
arrivando a collegare fino a 32 macchine fra loro, e introducendo il modem telefonico per il monitoraggio
e l’assistenza tecnica a distanza che è diventato un modulo standard per tutti i centri di lavoro TRSE.
Tra TRSE Automat e TRSE Barcode nel 2005 è stato inserito TRSE Compacta, un altro modello innovativo
che può gestire dieci programmi di fusione, più un programma a gestione manuale come per la TRSE
Automat.
È grazie a questo mix di innovazione ed esperienza che la Nicem SpA può posizionarsi come assoluto
leader mondiale del settore.

Nicem SpA: experience and innovation
The automatic workstations
for standard and centrifugal casting
Nicem SpA (Nicetto Costruzioni Elettromeccaniche) was established in 1970 and started its activities by
manufacturing machines for casting: centrifuges, furnaces and later vulcanizers.
Simultaneously Nicem SpA also launched the production of furnaces for grinding wheels (from 1 to 10
cubic meters), which it is still produces today. Its machines, which are used throughout all five continents,
are considered the best on the market in terms of baking consistency (1°C of tolerance on 250°C).
Its production now includes silicone mixtures, complete plants for the production of abrasive and flexible
discs, and machines, plants and abrasive compounds for vibratory finishing, which are currently employed in
several industrial applications, and robotized custom plants for special applications.
The manufacturer has always aimed, from very start, at designing and manufacturing machines with
state-of-the art technologies and a high level of automation.
And in fact, after starting with relatively simple machines, it has moved on to more complete and
automated plants.
Special attention has always been devoted to innovation that has enabled Nicem SpA to invent dedicated
electromechanical systems like the rotating cylinder for centrifuges and the translation system for the
mold-holder table with precision mechanics, in order to guarantee maximum repeatability and reliability.
Solutions that are still regarded highly innovative even after thirty years.
After its first ten years, that is in 1980, the company started introducing at regular intervals of 3/5 years,
a series of innovations to modernize the original designs. This has been possible also thanks to the use of
new technologies like the modern and innovative PLC or inverter for the adjustment of the centrifuging speed.
Between 1985 and 1990 Nicem SpA developed and later manufactured a machine that was able to detect
the molds and automatically adjust the working cycles by changing seven basic parameters for each
mold: number of mold, quantity of programmable parts per mold, mold closing pressure,
direction of centrifugal rotation, centrifuging speed, quantity
of metal and cycle time. The introduction of this approach
has eliminated the need of manually adjusting the parameters
for each casting operation.
These are the origins of TRSE Barcode, an efficient and
highly productive machine that has been produced in 100
units.
This invention offered the opportunity to redesign the
production department of the company (and specifically
the hardware and tool machines) in order to guarantee
current customers maximum repeatability and compliance
with high level standards. The most important achievement
was represented by the introduction of NC workstations that
enabled to pass from manual production to a more
standardized final product.
In the years that followed, the company also introduced
several production and assembly programs for Barcode
machines, to the point of connecting 32 machines and
introducing a modem connection for remote monitoring
and technical support, which now features as standard on
all TRSE workstations.
To integrate TRSE Automat and TRSE Barcode, the manufacturer
decided to introduce in 2005 TRSE Compacta,
another innovative model that is able to manage ten
casting programs along with a manual program like
TRSE Automat.
It is thanks to this mix of innovation and experience
that Nicem SpA can be regarded a leading company of
the sector.

Vulcanizzatore automatico per la realizzazione di stampi in
gomma siliconica e organica. La macchina è provvista di piani
riscaldati e gestiti da termoregolatori, di schermo protettivo con
micro switch di sicurezza e camera calda coibentata per ridurre il
tempo di vulcanizzazione. Questo consente una maggiore uniformità
di temperatura e un incremento del risparmio energetico.

Automatic vulcanizer for curing silicone or organic rubber moulds. This
machine is equipped with heated plates and temperature controllers, with
a safety cover and micro-switch.
The heated area is lined with insulated material to reduce the
vulcanization cycle. This configuration guarantees a more consistent
distribution of temperature and greater energy savings.

TRA Matic ®
Tavolo di raffreddamento a circolazione d’aria forzata per stampi
da 230 a 400 mm. Il raffreddamento ottimale degli stampi comporta
un più rapido tempo di riutilizzo dello stampo stesso, una maggiore
produttività e una maggiore durata dello stampo riducendone il
tempo di esposizione alle alte temperature.
Possono essere applicati al tavolo di raffreddamento i seguenti
dispositivi:
• dispositivo di rotazione stampi GRG per un raffreddamento omogeneo
della superficie che evita anche i minimi sdoppiamenti dei
pezzi;
• doppio piano di lavoro per un secondo operatore.

Air cooling table for molds with a diameter from 230 to 400 mm.
A proper cooling of molds reduces re-utilization time, increases
productivity and enhances the mould life, as it reduces the time
during which it is exposed to high temperatures.
Cooling tables can be completed with the following parts:
• Mould rotating device GRG for consistent cooling, designed to
prevent the partition of lines due to insufficient mould cooling.
• Additional workbench to create a double working area.
ASP/2 Matic ®
Gruppo autonomo di aspirazione e recupero talco, compatto ed
efficace.
È costituito da:
- piano d’appoggio con griglia di aspirazione e cappa;
- motoaspiratore centrifugo;
- filtro e cartuccia di grande superficie;
- valvola e polmone pneumatico per la pulizia del filtro a sbattimento
in controcorrente.
È provvisto inoltre di un cassetto per il recupero del talco.
ASP/2 Matic ®
Independent, compact and efficient talcum suction and recovery
system.
Consisting of:
- Resting base with suction grid and hood;
- Centrifugal motorized suction system;
- Large filter and cartridge;
- Valve and pneumatic chamber for filter cleaning and countercurrent
beating.
The unit is also fitted with a compartment for the collection of talc.

Nastro caricatore per materozze e metallo (brevettato).
Serve per l’alimentazione periodica del crogiolo con
metallo freddo (materozze o lingotti) per reintegrare
quello prelevato durante il processo produttivo.
Il trasporto viene effettuato tramite l’abbinamento di un
robusto nastro trasportatore d’acciaio a “tapparelle” e
un canale vibrante montati su un telaio mobile (per
l’eventuale manutenzione della TRSE).
Il dispositivo assicura il carico continuo e non violento
della lega per l’alimentazione del crogiolo mantenendo
pressochè costante la temperatura della lega.
Così facendo si garantisce la sicurezza dell’operatore
da spruzzi di metallo fuso. Completo di sistema di
controllo automatico del livello a tre posizioni: livello
di massimo, minimo, emergenza.

Loader for risers and metal ingots (patented).
This unit automatically reloads casting sprues and
metal ingots into the crucible during the casting
cycle. The reloading function is accomplished by
means of a conveyor belt made of a hinged rolling
shutter and a vibrating channel mounted on a movable
frame (that can be used to service TRSE).
This device ensures a continuous, splash-proof replenishment
of alloy into the crucible, maintaining the
alloy temperature almost constant and thus also protecting
operators from splashes of cast metal.
Complete with adjustable three-position level control:
maximum, minimum and emergency.
