Caratteristiche
• Tipo a tubi coassiali - scambio termico in controcorrente
• Fluido di processo: fanghi; fluido di servizio: acqua calda
• Costruzione interamente in acciaio inox AISI 304
• Curve a 180° rimuovibili per ispezione/pulizia
• Collegamenti flangiati in ingresso/uscita
• Isolamento termico (lana minerale o materiale a cella chiusa) e rivestimento in
alluminio
SCP (standard) “tube in tube” heat exchangers
“Tube-in-tube” heat exchangers are used to heat sludge before its recirculation
into anaerobic digesters.
The base module consists of two concentric pipes; sludge to be heated flows in the
inner pipe, while hot water flows (counterflow) in the annular space between inner
and outer pipes.
To increase capacity, several modules are connected together by return bends
until their combined size provides the capacity needed.
Heat exchanger is supplied with supporting steel frame and insulation.
Design and lay-out selection are made on a case-by-case basis according to given
sludge flow and inlet/outlet temperatures
Features
• "Tube-in-tube" tybe - countecurrent heat exchange
• Process fluid: sludge; service fluid: hot water
• Full AISI 304 stainless steel construction
• Removable 180° bends for inspection/cleaning
• Flanged connections to process
• Thermal insulation (mineral wool or closed cell material) and outer aluminium
jacket
