Impianti rimozione silossani<br />
Il sistema BGAK (PpTek technology) è un impianto di ltrazione rigenerativo da<br />
installare sulle linee di alimentazione biogas a impianti di recupero energetico, per<br />
la rimozione dei silossani e COV presenti. Il processo di ltrazione dei silossani<br />
viene eettuato in due moduli installati in parallelo uno dei quali è in esercizio<br />
mentre l'altro è sottoposto a rigenerazione on-site. L'impianto completo è<br />
preassemblato su skid e tutte le fasi sono eettuate e gestite in modo automatico.<br />
La massa ltrante è in grado di mantenere le proprie capacità di trattenimento<br />
selettivo per un periodo no a 5 anni senza necessità di sostituzione.<br />

The BGAK (PpTek technology) BioGas AutoKleen Siloxane Removal System is a<br />
filtering system that is fitted in the fuel supply line of a Biogas to Energy plant<br />
decontaminating l<strong>and</strong>ll <strong>and</strong> sewage gas of siloxanes <strong>and</strong> other VOC's. It has been<br />
designed to lter the siloxanes from the gas automatically switching between twin<br />
lter chambers, regenerating the lter medium in the "o-line" chamber. The<br />
system is a skid-mounted self-contained unit <strong>and</strong> its operation is fully automatic.<br />
The siloxane lter units, under normal conditions, will absorb siloxanes for up to 5<br />
years before the medium requires replacement.<br />
