Modella internazionale, protagonista del programma “Ballando con le stelle”, attrice ne “I soliti idioti”... è Madalina: da oggi, per tutti…
la nuova testimonial Deha.
Se ti seguissimo un’intera giornata scopriremmo che…?
… che la prima cosa che faccio appena mi sveglio è andare subito su internet.
Seguo tutto dalla rete: news dal mondo, dal panorama musicale, cinema…
Poi che adoro fare sport con la musica… ballare e, nei momenti di pausa, adoro
leggere.
Ti abbiamo visto a “Ballando con le stelle” ma… non era la tua prima volta con la
danza!
Da bambina abitavo a cinque minuti dalla scuola d’arte della mia città
quindi iniziare un corso di ballo è stato quasi automatico; l’ho fatto per
alcuni anni, sempre come un gioco. Poi ho smesso ma… non ho mai perso
la passione e ho sempre visto molti spettacoli. Nei tre mesi di “Ballando”
però ho riscoperto il piacere di tornare a ballare: per esprimermi, per sfogare
le mie emozioni e… divertirmi!
Parte la musica e tu… chi inviteresti a ballare?
leonardo Di Caprio: perché è giovane, bello, intelligente... Non so se sia
un bravo ballerino, ma di sicuro è un attore eccezionale: in cameretta
avevo il poster di titanic, un film che ha segnato la mia infanzia.
nella tua playlist non può mancare?
Il mio pezzo preferito al pianoforte, Gnossienne no. 1 di erik Satie e la musica
di rachael Yamagata. Poi adoro ascoltare le colonne sonore dei film. Oltre
alla bravura degli attori è la musica a creare le atmosfere in una pellicola: il 50%
di un film è fatto dalla musica!
Hai un sogno nel cassetto?
Il mio grande sogno è il cinema. Da piccola mi piaceva moltissimo fare le
imitazioni: studiavo le persone, le copiavo e facevo dei mini spettacoli per
i miei genitori. Oggi vorrei poter interpretare personaggi diversi per il
cinema italiano. Per questo sto studiando moltissimo: recitazione, dizione,
impostazione della voce…
C’è un’attrice a cui ti ispiri?
Non un’attrice ma… la mia mamma: lei è una delle persone più eleganti
che abbia mai conosciuto. Nel cinema però ci sono donne affascinanti e di
gran classe come audrey Hepburn, anna Magnani o rachel Weisz… tutte
esempi di come una donna sia sinonimo di eleganza e charme.
Se apriamo il tuo armadio troviamo?
Un po’ di tutto: mi piace essere ogni giorno diversa! Scarpe comode ma
anche tacchi altissimi, jeans casual e vestiti da sera: amo giocare con la moda.
e poi noi donne siam cosi fortunate… possiamo scegliere tra infinite possibilità!
If we followed you for one whole day, what would we discover?
… that the first thing I do as soon as I wake up is to log on to the Internet. I keep
up-to-date with everything via the web: world news, music, cinema… Then you
would discover I love doing sport with music… dancing and, during moments of
relaxation, I love reading.
We’ve seen you in “Ballando con le stelle” but… it wasn’t your first time as a
ballerina!
When I was a child I lived five minutes from the arts school in my town and so it
was almost automatic for me to start a dance course; I did it for a few years, for
fun. Then I stopped but… I’ve never lost my passion for dance and I’ve always
enjoyed watching dance shows. during the three months of “Ballando con le stelle”,
I rediscovered the pleasure of dancing: to express myself, give vent to my emotions
and… have fun!
the music starts and… who would you invite to dance?
Leonardo di Caprio: because he’s young, handsome, intelligent... I don’t know
if he’s a good dancer but for sure he’s a great actor: in my dressing room I had a
poster of Titanic, a film I will always remember from my childhood.
What are the pieces you would not be without in your playlist?
My favourite piece for piano, Gnossienne no.1 by erik Satie, and the music of
rachael Yamagata. I also love listening to film soundtracks. Apart from good acting,
it’s also the music that creates the atmosphere in a film!
Do you have a secret dream ?
My great dream is the cinema. When I was small I loved doing imitations: I studied
people, copied them and did mini shows for my parents. now I’d like to interpret
different characters for Italian cinema and I’m studying hard for this: acting,
elocution, voice training…
Is there an actress you model yourself on?
She’s not an actress… my mother: she’s one of the most elegant women I know.
In the cinema, however, there are many fascinating actresses with great class
like Audrey Hepburn, Anna Magnani and rachel Weisz... All examples of how
a woman is synonymous with elegance and charme.
If we open your wardrobe what do we find?
A bit of everything: I like to be different every day! Comf ortable shoes but also
very high heels, casual jeans and evening dresses: I love playing with fashion,
and we women are so lucky… we have hundreds of possibilities to choose from!
Madalina is an international model, star of the program “Ballando con le stelle”, actress in “I soliti idioti”... and now, for everyone…

la Galette, a restaurant with dancing in an old mill in the

alla poesia di eliot “rapsodia su una notte
di vento”.

Dopo l’insuccesso della Prima, il 27 gennaio 1895, al teatro Mariinskij di San Pietroburgo,
va in scena una nuova versione totalmente rinnovata dell’opera: il successo è strepitoso.
Interpreti di quella storica rappresentazione furono Pierina legnani (che introdusse 32
fouettés nella variazione del Cigno Nero), Pavel Gerdt e Alexei Bulgakov.

After the failure of the Première, on 27t h January 1895 a totally new version of the work was
put on at the Mariinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg to resounding success. The dancers in this
historic performance were Pierina Legnani (who introduced 32 fouettés into the variation of
the black swan), Pavel Gerdt and Alexei Bulgakov.

che ha conquistato tutto il mondo nel 2011: Black Swan. ad interpretare
Cigno Bianco e Cigno Nero una strepitosa Natalie Portman: per lei
più di 6 mesi di preparazione fisica, ore e ore di balletto e quasi 10 kg
persi per entrare nel personaggio. Fatiche che sono state premiate da un
Oscar come migliore attrice.

BLaCk swan!
Swan Lake is the theme of the film Black Swan directed by darren Aronofsky
which was a worldwide success in 2011. The White Swan and Black Swan
were interpreted by a sensational natalie Portman: over 6 months of physical
preparation, hours and hours of ballet and almost 10 kg lost in order to play
the part, efforts which were rewarded by an Oscar for the best actress.

Sabrina Brazzo, Prima Ballerina del teatro alla Scala, ci racconta
il lago dei Cigni.
Il Lago dei Cigni è uno dei balletti più famosi e conosciuti. Cosa lo rende così
speciale secondo te?
a parte la musica meravigliosa, sicuramente la storia: è un’evoluzione di
emozioni. In 4 atti vengono messi in scena più sentimenti e stati d’animo.
Nel primo atto c’è la paura della principessa catturata dal mago rothbart
e costretta da un incantesimo. Nel secondo l’amore tra il Cigno Bianco ed
il principe. Nel famoso terzo atto la seduzione del Cigno Nero mandato da
rothbart a conquistare il principe che cade nell’inganno. e poi… l’apoteosi
del quarto atto: musicalmente splendido quanto straziante, dove si vive la
disperazione del principe nel vedere per l’ultima volta il suo vero amore,
il Cigno Bianco.
Tutti sentimenti che hai avuto modo di interpretare da protagonista, più volte…
Si. Quando mi sono diplomata ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare rudolf
Nureyev, il quale mi ha scelto proprio per il suo lago dei Cigni. Da lì in
poi ho interpretato l’opera moltissime volte. all’inizio, le prime recite, erano
basate molto sulla ricerca della perfezione tecnica, poi, col passare del
tempo e maturando, ho cercato di perfezionare a livello artistico il doppio
ruolo del Cigno.
Su una scala da 1 a 5 scarpette (1: molto semplici, 5: molto complesse), che voto
daresti alle coreografi e del Lago dei Cigni?
Decisamente 5 scarpette! a proposito di scarpette, una delle particolarità
e quindi diffi coltà maggiori del Cigno, è proprio quella di stare quasi sempre
sulle punte: fl uttuare in scena quasi come sulle acque di un lago.
Complesso a livello tecnico ma non solo…
esatto. al di là della tecnica, una delle cose più complesse è quella di riuscire
a mantenere la concentrazione nel cambiare velocemente i caratteri del
personaggio, da Cigno Bianco a Cigno Nero; due soggetti con personalità
molto diverse tra loro.
e tu… ti senti più Cigno nero o Cigno Bianco?
Come ballerina Cigno Nero, ma come donna Cigno Bianco.

Swan lake is one of the most famous ballets. What makes it so special in
your opinion?
Apart from the wonderful music, defi nitely the story: it’s an emotional roller-coaster.
In 4 acts a whole range of feelings and moods are portrayed. In the fi rst act
there is the fear of the princess captured by the sorcerer rothbart and put under
a spell. In the second the love between the White Swan and the prince. In the
famous third act the seduction by the Black Swan sent by rothbart to win over
the prince who falls into the trap. And then… the apotheosis of the fourth act:
musically both magnifi cent and agonizing, with the desperation of the prince as
he sees his true love, the White Swan, for the last time.
You have interpreted all these feelings in the lead role, several times…
Yes. When I obtained my diploma, I was lucky enough to meet rudolf nureyev,
who chose me for his Swan Lake. Since then I have interpreted the work many
times. At the beginning, the fi rst performances were based very much on the search
for technical perfection, then over time and as I matured, I concentrated on perfecting
the double role of the Swan at an artistic level.
On a scale of 1 to 5 ballet shoes (1: very simple, 5: very complicated), what
mark would you give to the choreography of Swan lake?
defi nitely 5 ballet shoes! On the subject of ballet shoes, one of the particular
diffi culties involved in dancing the Swan is that you are almost continuously on
your pointes, fl oating on the stage to create the effect of being on a lake.
Complex in technical terms but not only…
exactly. Apart from technique, one of the most complex problems is to maintain
your concentration when quickly changing from the character of the White Swan to
the Black Swan, as they have very different personalities.
and what about you… do you feel more akin to the Black Swan or the
White Swan?
As a ballerina I feel more akin to the Black Swan but as a woman, I identify
with the White Swan.

affascinata da leggende e misteri? Praga non ti deluderà neanche in quello; sono infatti tantissime le storie che nel corso dei
secoli hanno contribuito a colorare di mistero questa città. Prima tra tutte quella legata al Golem, un mostro generato
dall’argilla che si trova sulle rive della Moldava. Il Golem, che aveva sulla fronte la parola “emet” (verità), era stato creato per
aiutare e proteggere la popolazione del Ghetto ebraico. Col tempo il mostro si fece sempre più grande e violento e cominciò
a spargere il terrore. al rabbino che lo aveva creato venne promesso che la violenza contro gli ebrei sarebbe cessata se il
Golem fosse stato distrutto. eliminando la prima lettera dalla parola “emet”, facendola così diventare “met” (morte), venne
tolta la vita al Golem. Secondo la leggenda, il mostro in argilla vigila ancora oggi su Praga.

Are you fascinated by legends and mysteries? Prague will not disappoint you; all sorts of stories over the centuries have contributed to
creating an atmosphere of mystery in this city, fi rst and foremost the story of Golem, a monster created using the clay from the banks of
thevltava river. According to the legend, the Golem, who had the word “emet” (truth) written on its forehead, helped and protected the
Jews living in the Ghetto. Over time the monster became bigger and bigger and increasingly violent, and began to spread terror. The
rabbi who had created it was promised that the persecution of the Jews would stop if the Golem were destroyed. eliminating the fi rst
letter from the word “emet”, which became “met” (death), the Golem was “deactivated”. According to the legend, the clay monster may
still keep watch over Prague.
