2. FONDAZIONI, VESPAIO, STRUTTURE PORTANTI E TAVOLATI<br />
Tutte le <strong>strutture</strong> <strong>portanti</strong> verranno calcolate secondo la<br />
normativa vigente, la denuncia delle opere in cemento armato<br />
verrà protocollata presso gli Enti preposti ed al termine della<br />
costruzione verrà redatto appos<strong>it</strong>o verbale di collaudo.<br />
I materiali impiegati saranno certificati e collaudati.<br />
In particolare le fondazioni saranno calcolate secondo la<br />
portanza del terreno e realizzate in calcestruzzo armato.<br />
Verrà inoltre esegu<strong>it</strong>o un controllo tecnico in corso di<br />
esecuzione per la regolar<strong>it</strong>à delle <strong>strutture</strong> <strong>portanti</strong>, esegu<strong>it</strong>o<br />
dalla d<strong>it</strong>ta specializzata QUALITALIA CONTROLLO TECNICO<br />

Le <strong>strutture</strong> <strong>portanti</strong> saranno così realizzate :<br />
<strong>Fondazioni</strong>, travi, in cemento armato avente Rck = 250<br />
kg/cmq, con acciaio a barre ad aderenza migliorata Fe b 44 K<br />
controllato in stabilimento. Trattamento fondazioni con<br />
idrorepellente esterno contro terra mediante, rasatura con<br />
cemento osmotico, più guaina in catrame (o similari), e guaina<br />
anti radici.<br />
