INSTRUCTION FOR USE<br />

Using o<strong>nl</strong>y a good quality peanut oil, vegetable oil, pure corn oil, sunflower<br />

oil, for deep-<strong>fr</strong>ying , fill the pot to point betwe<strong>en</strong> the MIN m<strong>ar</strong>king and the MAX<br />

m<strong>ar</strong>king.<br />

Close the lid lightly.<br />

Plug the Power Cord into a 230 volt outlet. The gre<strong>en</strong> ready light will turn on.<br />

Adjust the Temperature Con<strong>tr</strong>ol Knob to the d<strong>es</strong>ired temperature. The red<br />
