ITA ENG FRA È la più moderna sintesi dei due più antichi sistemi per spezzare e arrotondare porzioni di pasta da pane e pizza. La macchina consente, di spezzare ed arrotondare circa 800/1000 porzioni di pasta l’ora. Le porzioni possono essere da 150 a 320 gr con il gruppo taglio a quattordici divisioni e da 300 a 650 gr con il gruppo di taglio a undici divisioni. Il gruppo taglio, costruito interamente in acciaio inox, è facilmente smontabile per la sostituzione o per il lavaggio. Grazie ad un sistema di arrotondatura quanto più simile alla manualità del pizzaiolo, la pasta non subisce alcuno stress e le palline risultano sempre perfette. L’utilizzo è estremamente semplice e consente a personale non qualificato d’ottenere ottimi risultati senza alcuno sforzo fisico. Poco ingombrante e praticissima è anche incredibilmente economica.
