<strong>Sfogliatrice</strong> in acciaio inox per la produzione di sfoglia fresca<br />
particolarmente adatta all’utilizzo in medie e grandi industrie<br />
pastarie.<br />
Adatta alla lavorazione in continuo di sfoglia per lasagne,<br />
paste lunghe e paste ripiene.<br />
Caratteristiche tecniche:<br />
• Può essere alimentata con impasti provenienti da<br />
gruppi separati (Premix ® , Beltmix ® , Bakmix ® , vasca<br />
impastatrice, ecc.).<br />
• Gramole, rulli di compressione, struttura e quadro<br />
elettrico in acciaio inox.<br />
• Sistema di gramolazione impasto a tre gramole a<br />
lavorazione orizzontale con controllo automatico della<br />
compressione (previene rotture dovute a caduta accidentale<br />
di corpi estranei).<br />
• Sistema di controllo automatico di lubrificazione chiuso<br />
e centralizzato.<br />
• Vasca basculante con griglia di protezione e facile<br />
accesso per la pulizia.<br />
• Motorizzazioni indipendenti albero vasca, rulli<br />
gramolatori e rulli laminatori mediante inverter.<br />

cleaning operations.<br />
• Separate motor drives for the tank shaft, kneading<br />
