sesto, del Regolamento Emittenti.<br />
Tali documenti resteranno a disposizione di chiunque ne faccia richiesta presso la sede di<br />

Considerata l’entità della partecipazione detenuta da <strong>Reply</strong> in <strong>Reply</strong> Deutschland e vista<br />
l’assenza di un interesse significativo di altre parti correlate, l’operazione di Fusione – <strong>ai</strong><br />
<strong>sensi</strong> e per gli effetti delle disposizioni di cui all’articolo 4.3 della Procedura per le<br />
Operazioni Parti Correlate approvata dalla società - non è sottoposta alle formalità ivi<br />
contenute.<br />
In tale contesto, <strong>Reply</strong> sarà dunque tenuta ad adempiere i soli obblighi di informativa<br />
periodica indicati nell’articolo 5, <strong>comma</strong> 8, del Regolamento Consob Parti Correlate.<br />
