Para una correcta identificación de la
máquina, es necesario consultar el
número de matrícula que se encuentra
en la confirmación de pedido, en
la factura y en la placa presente en la
máquina misma.
1) Código máquina
2) Número de matrícula
3) Código operador ensamblador
4) Año de fabricación máquina
5) Sentido de rotación árbol
CONTRAINDICACIONES PARA EL
USO
No existen contraindicaciones para
el uso, si se respetan las normales
precauciones para máquinas de este
tipo y las indicaciones expuestas en
este manual.
Estas máquinas NO son idóneas para
el transporte de productos alimenticios.
La granulometría máx permitida
del producto es de 3 mm.
Está prohibido, además, ponerlas en
función antes que la máquina/instalación
en la cual se instalarán se declaren
conformes con las disposiciones
de la Directiva 98/37/CE, y las
disposiciones nacionales en vigor.
En este ámbito el instalador tiene la
obligación de prever e instalar todos
los dispositivos/protecciones para
evitar daños a las cosas y/o a las
personas en caso de roturas y las
consiguientes caídas de piezas de la
máquina (por ejemplo: rotura del motor).

KONTRAINDIKATIONEN ZUR BE-
NUTZUNG
Es bestehen keine Kontraindi-kationen
zur Benutzung, sofern die allgemein
üblichen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen
für Maschinen dieser Art sowie die in
dieser Dokumentation enthaltenen,
speziellen Vorschriften befolgt werden.
Die in dieser Dokumentation ge-nannten
Maschinen sind NICHT für das
Handling von Nahrungsmitteln geeignet.
Die höchstzulässige Korngröße
des Produkts beträgt 3 mm.
Das Gerät darf nicht in Betrieb genommen
werden, bevor die Anlage,
in die es eingebaut wird, mit den Vorschriften
der Richtlinie 98/37/CE sowie
den betreffenden nationalen
Richtlinien erklärt wurde.
Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Anlagenplaners
bzw. -aufstellers,
alle notwendigen Schutzvorrichtungen
vorzusehen, welche es verhindern,
daß durch einen Geräte- oder Teiledefekt
Personen- und/oder Sachschäden
verursacht werden (z.B. geeigneter
Schutz gegen das Herunterfallen

lf the customer observes the normal
caution (typical of this kind of machine)
together with the indications
included in this manual, work is safe.
The mixer is NOT suitable for handling
of foodstuff. The maximum
permitted product grain size is 3 mm.
The mixer must not be started before
the plant it is going to be installed in,
has been declared as conforming to
the European Directive 98/37/CE, and
provisions for national implementation
standards.
It is the plant designer’s / plant fitter’s
responsibility to design and install
all necessary protection in order
to avoid that breaking and/or yielding
of the quipment or of parts of it might
harm people and/or damage parts of
the plant (e.g. adequate protection
against falling down of the motor

Per una corretta identificazione della
macchina, bisogna fare riferimento al
numero di matricola che si trova sulla
conferma d’ordine, sulla fattura e sulla
targhetta posta sulla macchina stessa.
1) Codice macchina
2) Numero matricola
3) Codice operatore as semblatore
4) Anno di costruzione macchina
5) Senso di rotazione albero
CONTROINDICAZIONI ALL’USO
Non vi è nessuna controindicazione
all’uso, se vengono osservate le normali
precauzioni per macchine di questo
tipo unitamente alle indicazioni riportate
in questo manuale.
Queste macchine NON sono idonee al
trasporto di prodotti alimentari. La granulometria
max consentita del prodotto
è di 3 mm.
E’ Inoltre vietato metterle in funzione
prima che il silo/impianto nel quale
devono essere installate sia dichiarato
conforme alle disposizioni della Direttiva
98/37/CE, e alle disposizioni
nazionali da attuazione.
In quest’ambito è cura dell’impiantista
/ installatore predisporre ed installare
tutti gli accorgimenti / protezioni al fine
di evitare danni a cose o persone in
caso di rotture e conseguente caduta
di pezzi della macchina (ad es: rottura
del motore).

NORMAS GENERALES
- Están prohibidos la instalación
y el uso del equipo, incluso en
modo parcial, por parte de personal
no expresamente autorizado.
- Es obligatorio conectar a tierra
la carcasa metálica de los equipos.
- Está prohibido poner en servicio
WETMIX ® si está desconectado
del silo/contenedor de alimentación
del producto premezclado.
- Leer con atención las placas de
advertencia y peligro presentes
en la máquina.
- Está prohibido quitar las placas
de advertencia y peligro de la
máquina.
- Está prohibido efectuar el mantenimiento,
efectuar reparaciones,
modificaciones y todo lo
no estrictamente necesario durante
el ciclo de trabajo con el
equipo en función.
Antes que nada es obligatorio
desconectar todas las alimentaciones
eléctricas de la máquina.
- Está prohibido quitar los dispositivos
de seguridad presentes
en la máquina.
- Está prohibido iniciar a trabajar
con las protecciones abiertas
o abrirlas durante el trabajo.
- Operar en la máquina solo con
guantes de protección.
- Al final de los periodos de trabajo
desconectar siempre la máquina
de la alimentación eléctrica.
- Todo trabajo de mantenimiento,
eléctrico o de otra naturaleza,
debe respetar las normas CEI

Die vorliegende Anleitung “BE-
DIENUNG UND WARTUNG” ist integrierender
Bestandteil der Lieferung
und muß dem Bedienungsund
Wartungspersonal stets zur
Verfügung stehen. Der Bediener,
der Betriebsleiter und das Wartungspersonal
müssen den Inhalt
der vorliegenden Anleitung kennen.
Die in dieser Veröffentlichung
enthaltenen Beschreibungen
und Abbildungen sind nicht
verbindlich.
Unter Beibehaltung der wesentlichen
Eigenschatten der beschriebenen
Garäte behält sich der
Hersteller das Recht vor, zu jedem
Zeitpunkt und ohne sofortige
Neubearbeitung dieser Veröffentlichung
eventuelle Änderungen
an Organen, Einzelteilen und
Zubehör anzubringen, die er im
Hinblick auf die Produktverbesserung

- Das Entfernen der Warn- und
Gefahrenschilder vom Gerät ist
verboten.
- Die Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten,
Reparaturen.
Änderungen und anderen für
den Arbeitszyklus bei laufendem
Gerät nicht unbedingt notwendigen

für das Handling durch nur eine

Das Gerät ist zum Einsatz im
Baugewerbe bestimmt, und
zwar ausschließlich zur Vor-

hergestellt in Anlagen zur Aufbereitung
von vorgemischten
Trockenbaustoffen, die fertig abgefüllt
in transportablen Silos
oder Druckbehältern auf die Baustelle

den WETMIX ® -Mörtelmischer zu
Nassmörtel verarbeitet werden.

Al recibir el producto, el destinatario
debe controlar que el mismo
no presente defectos ni daños
debidos al transporte, ni que
el suministro resulte incompleto.
Eventuales defectos, daños o
falta de componentes deben ser
señalados inmediatamente al fabricante
mediante comunicación
escrita, firmada por el transportista.

nicht beachtet und/oder es
wurde zu starken mechanischen
Bela-stun gen ausgesetzt;
- er wurde nicht der erforderlichen
Wartung unterzogen
oder diese wurde nur teilweise
und/oder nicht korrekt ausgeführt;
- es wurde beschädigt, weil
Transport, Einbau oder Gebrauch
ohne die erforderliche
Sorgfalt vorgenommen wurden;
- es wurden keine Original-Ersatzteile
verwendet.
Beim Empfang der Ware hat der
Empfänger sicherzustellen,
dass die Ware keine durch den
Transport verursachten Schäden
oder Defekte aufweist, und/
oder dass der Lieferumfang vollstän-dig
ist.
Etwaige Defekte, Schäden oder
Fehlmengen sind mittels schriftlicher
und vom Frachtführer gegengezeichneter
Mitteilung
sofort dem Hersteller zu melden.

El cuadro electrohidráulico, si se ha
pedido, se suministra separado del
mezclador; para las respectivas conexiones
operar de la siguiente manera:
1) Abrir la caja de bornes motor mezclador
y conectar en los correspondientes
terminales el cable de
alimentación mezclador .
Dicho cable debe poseer en la otra
extremidad un enchufe 3P+T CEE
16A IP65 que se conectará con la
respectiva toma identificada con
la sigla «MIXER» en el cuadro.
2) Operar de la misma manera para
conectar el vibrador del silo.
NOTA: (cable no incluido)
3) Efectuar la conexión hídrica CUA-
DRO/MIXER utilizando un tubo
especial reforzado y con espiral
de Ø 20mm, interno....., fijándolo
en la extremidad del MIXER con
aprietacables y unión del mismo,
y en el lado del cuadro con unión
tipo «QUICK RELEASE».
4) Conectar la toma de alimentación
3P+T CEE 16A en el correspondiente
enchufe del cuadro eléctrico
después de haber verificado
que el interruptor general del cuadro
eléctrico se encuentra en posición
«0».

- INSTALLAZIONE - COLLEGAMENTI ELETTRICI
Die Wasserdosiersteuerung wird,
wenn gewünscht, separat vom Mischgerät
geliefert. Für die entsprechenden
Anschlüsse ist folgendermaßen
vorzugehen:
1) Die Klemmenleiste des Mixer motors
öffnen und das Stromversorgungskabel
des Mixers an die Kabelschuhe
anschließen Dieses
Kabel ist an der anderen Sie mit
einem Stecker 3P+E EWG 16A
IP65 versehen, der an die Steckdose
auf der Schalttafel anzuschließen
ist, die mit “MIXER” gekennzeichnet
ist.
2) Auf die gleiche Weise vorgehen,
um den Rüttler des Silos anzuschließen.
Anm.: (Kabel nicht inbegriffen)
3) Den hydraulischen Anschluss
SCHALTTAFEL/MISCHER vornehmen,
indem man ein Rohr mit entsprechender
Spiralverstärkung und
Innendurchmesser von 20 mm
anschließt, das man am Ende des
MISCHERS mit Schelle und Anschlussstutzen
desselben befestigt,
und auf der Seite der Schalttafel
mit einem Anschluss vom
Typ “QUICK RELEASE”.
4) Die Stromversorgungssteckbuchse
3P+E EWG 16A am Stecker des
Schaltkastens anschließen, nachdem
man sichergestellt hat, dass
der Hauptschalter des Schaltschranks
in der Position “0” steht.
HINWEIS
Für nähere Angaben zu den elektrische
und hydraulischen Anschlüssen
der Wasserdosier-steuerung
ist Bezug auf den Katalog
WMPC zu nehmen, der im Internet
unter der Adresse
www.wamgroup.com zur Verfügung
steht.
HINWEISE
- Alle Anschlüsse an das Stromversorgungsnetz
müssen gemäß der
geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften
ausgeführt werden.
- Die Anschlüsse an das Stromnetz
müssen vom Fachmann vorgenommen
werden.
- Vor der Inbetriebnahme sicherstellen,
dass die Erdung aller Maschinen
perfekt angeschlossen und
funktionstüchtig ist.
- Die Werte von Spannung und Frequenz
der Stromversorgung müssen
den Werten auf dem Typenschild
der Motoren entsprechen.
- Für Überlastschutz sorgen, indem
man sicherstellt, dass die Werte des
Eichstroms der Motorschutzschalter
bzw. der Thermorelais nicht über
dem Wert auf dem Typenschild liegen
.
WICHTIG
Wenn der Kunde selbst die elektrische
Steuerung stellt, ist unbedingt
darauf zu achten, dass diese gemäß
der im folgenden Text gezeigten
Stromlaufpläne ausgeführt wird.
Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Haftung
für Verwechselungen oder die
falsche Auslegung der Stromlaufpläne.
Außerdem behält er sich das
Recht vor, jederzeit ohne Vorwarnung
Änderungen oder Verbesserungen vorzunehmen.
If required, the electro-hydraulic panel
is supplied separate from the mixer;
for the connections, proceed as
follows:
1) Open the mixer motor terminal
board and connect the mixer power
cable ends.
This cable must have a 3P+T CEE
16A IP65 plug at the other end to
fit into the plug marked “MIXER”
on the panel.
2) Proceed in the same manner to
connect the vibrator to the silo.
N.B: (cable not included)
3) Make the PANEL/MIXER water supply
connection using a special reinforced
spiral tube having Ø
20mm, internal ....., fixing it to the
MIXER end by means of a clamp
and connector, and on the panel
side by means of a “QUICK RE-
LEASE” type coupling.
4) Connect the 3P+T CEE 16A plug
to the electric panel socket after
ensuring that the main switch on
the electric panel is in position “0”.

WARNINGS
- All mains connections must be
made in accordance with existing
norms.
- The mains connections must be
made by specialist personnel.

Il quadro elettroidraulico, se richiesto,
viene fornito separato dal miscelatore;
per i relativi collegamenti si dovrà
procedere nel seguente modo:
1) Aprire la morsettiera motore mixer
e allacciare con appositi capi corda
il cavo di alimentazione mixer .
Tale cavo dovrà essere provvisto
dall’altro capo di una spina 3P+T
CEE 16A IP65 che andrà connesso
all’apposita presa siglata
“MIXER” sul quadro.
2) Procedere allo stesso modo per
collegare il vibratore del silo.
N.B: (cavo non compreso)
3) Effettuare il collegamento idrico
QUADRO/MIXER utilizzando un
tubo apposito rinforzato e spiralato
Ø 20mm, interno....., fissandolo
all’estremità del MIXER con fascetta
e raccordo dello stesso, e
nel lato del quadro con raccordo
tipo “QUICK RELEASE”.
4) Allacciare la presa di alimentazione
3P+T CEE 16A all’apposita spina
del quadro elettrico dopo essersi
assicurati che l’interruttore generale
del quadro elettrico sia in
posizione “0”.

AVVERTENZE
- Tutti i collegamenti alla rete di alimentazione

VORBEMERKUNG
Die Nichtbeachtung der folgenden

ACHTUNG
Vor der Durchführung von
Wartungs-, Schmier- oder
Reinigungsarbeiten ist die
Maschine abzuschalten und
von der elektrischen und
pneumatischen Versorgung
abzutrennen.
Die Wartungsarbeiten dürfen nur
von Fachpersonal ausgeführt
werden.
Alle schweren Einzelteile mit einer
geeigneten Hubein-richtung
heben und transportieren.
Sicherstellen, daß Gruppen oder
Einzelteile von passenden Anschlagelementen
und Haken gehalten
werden.
Sicherstellen, daß sich in der
Nähe der zu hebenden Maschine
keine Personen aufhalten.
Eine korrekte und regelmäßige
Wartung sowie eine korrekte
Anwendung sind die Voraussetzung
für eine hohe Geräteleistung.

MANUTENZIONE
PREMESSA
Il non attenersi strettamente
alle seguenti istruzioni
può causare problemi ed invalidare

ATTENZIONE
Ogni intervento di manutenzione,
lubrificazione e pulizia
deve essere eseguito a macchina
ferma e scollegata dell’
alimentazione elettrica e
pneumatica.
Le operazioni di manutenzione
devono essere effettuate da tecnici
specializzati.
Sollevare e maneggiare tutti i particolari
pesanti con un mezzo di
sollevamento adatto.
Assicurarsi che i gruppi od i particolari
siano sostenuti da imbragature
e ganci appropriati.
Accertarsi che non ci siano persone
in prossimità del carico da
sollevare.
Si ricorda che una precisa e periodica
manutenzione ed un uso
corretto sono la premessa indispensabile
per garantire un elevato
rendimento della macchina.
Per assicurare il suo costante e
regolare funzionamento ed evitare
che vengano a mancare i
presupposti per la sostituzione in
garanzia, si raccomanda di utilizzare
sempre ricambi originali.
Per un corretto uso della macchina
si raccomanda:

OPERACIONES PREVIAS AL
ARRANQUE
Finalizadas las conexiones eléctricas
e hidráulicas, efectuar las
siguientes operaciones.
1) Controlar que la válvula del
silo esté cerrada
2) Controlar que el registro de
inspección se encuentre cerrado
correctamente y que la
boca de descarga no se encuentre
obstruida.
3) Desconectar el enchufe vibrador
del cuadro o posicionar
el selector funcionamiento
vibrador (opcional) en la
posición «0»
4) Controlar que no hayan entrado
en la máquina sustancias
extrañas o agua.
Si fuese así, quitar el revestimiento
de la descarga, quitar
el rotor y efectuar las operaciones
de limpieza.
5) Volver a montar todo.
6) El soporte de extremidad y la
junta se suministran ya engrasados.
ARRANQUE
Después de haber efectuado las
conexiones eléctricas operar del
siguiente modo antes de continuar
con la puesta en función
efectiva:
1) Controlar que la válvula del
silo esté cerrada
2) Controlar que la presión del
agua sea de 2.5 bar (visible
sin hacer funcionar el mezclador)
3) Girar el mando del interruptor
general en posición 1-on.
4) Apretar el botón de START y
controlar el sentido de rotación
del mezclador (el ventilador
del motor debe girar en
sentido horario observándolo
de frente).
De lo contrario:
- apretar el botón de STOP.
- girar el mando del interruptor
general en posición on-off,
- desconectar la toma de alimentación
general del cuadro.
- abrir la caja de bornes motor
del mezclador e invertir los 2
conductores del cable de alimentación
motor.
NOTA: terminada esta operación
si el cuadro permanecerá dedicado
al mismo mezclador, éste
girará siempre en el sentido correcto
aún cuando cambiará de
lugar de obra.

VORBEREITUNGEN ZUR INBE-
TRIEBNAHME
Nach Beendigung der elektrischen
und hydraulischen Anschlüsse
geht man folgendermaßen
vor:
1) Sicherstellen, dass das Ventil
des Silos geschlossen ist.
2) Sicherstellen, dass die Inspektionsklappe
korrekt geschlossen
ist und dass der
Auslauf nicht verstopft ist.
3) Den Stecker des Rütters von
der Schalttafel abtrennen
oder den Betriebswahlschalter
des Rüttlers (wahlweise)
in die Position „0“ stellen.
4) Prüfen, ob Fremdkörper oder
Wasser in das Innere der Maschine
eingedrungen sind.
Wenn dies der Fall ist, den
Auslauf abnehmen, den Rotor
herausziehen und die Maschine
reinigen.
5) Alles wieder einbauen.
6) Das Endlager und die Dichtung
sind werksseitig geschmiert.
INBETRIEBNAHME
Nach dem Ausführen der elektrischen
Anschlüsse wie folgt
vorgehen, um die tatsächliche
Inbetriebnahme vorzunehmen:
1) Sicherstellen, dass das Ventil
des Silos geschlossen ist.
2) Sicherstellen, dass der Wasserdruck
2,5 bar beträgt (sichtbar,
ohne den Mischer laufen
zu lassen)
3) Den Griff des Hauptschalters
in die Stellung 1-ON drehen.
4) Die START-Taste drücken
und die Laufrichtung der
Mischmaschine prüfen
(das Lüfterrad des Motors
muss sich im Uhrzeigersinn
drehen, wenn
man sich davor stellt).
Andernfalls:
- Die STOP-Taste drücken.
- Den Griff des Hauptschalters
in die Stellung 0-OFF drehen.
- Die Steckdose der allgemeinen
Stromversorgung der Schalttafel
herausziehen..
- Den Klemmenkasten des Motors
der Mischmaschine öffnen
und 2 Leiter des Speisekabels
des Motors umklemmen.
Anm.: Nach Ausführung dieses
Vorgangs wird sich der Motor,
wenn die Schalttafel mit diesem
Mischer verbunden bleibt, immer
in der richtigen Richtung drehen,
auch wenn sich die Baustelle
ändert.
OPERATIONS PRIOR TO STAR-
TUP
After making the electrical and
hydraulic connections, carry out
the following operations:
1) Ensure that the silo valve is
closed.
2) Check to make sure the inspection
hatch is closed and
that the outlet spout is not
blocked.
3) Disconnect the vibrator plug
from the panel or set the vibrator
operation selector (optional)
in position “0”.
4) Check the machine to see if
foreign substances or water
have entered inside.
If this is the case, remove the
outlet, extract the rotor and
clean the equipment.
5) Refit the equipment.
6) The end bearing and seal are
supplied greased.
STARTUP
After making the electrical connections,
proceed as follows
before actually starting up the
machine:
1) Make sure the silo valve is
closed.
2) Check the water pressure to
make sure it is 2.5 bar (visible
without running the mixer)
3) Turn the main switch knob to
position 1-on
4) Press the START pushbutton
and check the direction
of rotation of the mixer
(the motor fan must
rotate clockwise as seen
from the front).
If this is not so:
- press the STOP pushbutton;
- turn the main switch knob to
the on-off position;
- disconnect the power supply
to the main panel;
- open the mixer motor terminal
box and invert the two motor
power cable wires
N.B.: when this operation has
been carried out, if the panel remains
connected to the same
mixer, it will always rotate in the
correct direction also at any another
work site

OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI AL-
L’AVVIAMENTO
Avendo ultimato i collegamenti elettrici
e idraulici effettuare le seguenti
operazioni:
1) Assicurarsi che la valvola del
silo sia chiusa
2) Controllare che il portello di
ispezione sia chiuso correttamente
e che la bocca di
scarico non sia intasata.
3) Staccare la spina vibratore dal
quadro o posizionare il selettore
funzionamento vibratore
(optional) sulla posizione
“0”
4) Verificare se sostanze esterne
o acqua siano entrate all’interno
della macchina.
Se così fosse, togliere il musetto
di scarico, rimuovere il
rotore e procedere con le
operazioni di pulizia.
5) Rimontare il tutto.
6) Il supporto di estremità e la
tenuta sono già forniti ingrassati.
AVVIAMENTO
Dopo aver effettuato i collegamenti
elettrici procedere nel modo
seguente prima di procedere alla
messa in moto effettiva:
1) Assicurarsi che la valvola del
silo sia chiusa
2)Controllare che la pressione
dell’acqua sia di 2,5 bar (visibile
senza far funzionare il miscelatore)
3) Ruotare la manopola dell’interruttore
generale in posizione
1-on
4) Premere il pulsante di
START e controllare il
senso di rotazione del
miscelatore (la ventola
del motore deve ruotare
in senso orario ponendosi
di fronte alla stessa).
In caso contrario:
- premere il pulsante STOP,
- ruotare la manopola dell’interruttore
generale in posizione
on-off,
- staccare la presa di alimentazione
generale del quadro.
- aprire la scatola morsettiera
motore del miscelatore e invertire
fra loro n°2 conduttori del
cavo di alimentazione motore.
N.B.: eseguita questa operazione
se il quadro rimarrà abbinato
allo stesso mixer, questi girerà
sempre nel senso corretto anche
quando cambierà cantiere.

Si se utiliza un cuadro que
no es WAM ® verificar que no
posea ningún dispositivo
que permita la inversión del
sentido de rotación del WET-
MIX ® .
5)Apretar el botón din START y
controlar la cantidad de agua,
calibrándola antes de preparar
la pasta del mortero, en 1000
litros/h, mediante la correspondiente
válvula de regulación.
Terminada esta operación apretar
el botón de STOP.
6) Conectar el vibrador con la
respectiva toma y controlar el
funcionamiento del mismo apretando
el botón de inicio.
Una vez realizada esta prueba
apretar inmediatamente el botón
de STOP (es necesario
evitar de hacer andar el vibrador
cuando la válvula del silo
está cerrada porque el material
tiende a compactarse).
7) Abrir la válvula del silo y apretar
el botón de START.
Se verá salir primero solo agua
y después de aprox. 15 segundos
la pasta.
La pasta se presentará muy líquida.
Esperar otros 5 segundos aprox.
para ver la real consistencia del
mortero a régimen.
Si el mortero resulta demasiado
acuoso o seco, operar con la
válvula de regulación del agua.
NOTA: efectuar una pequeña
regulación y esperar aprox.
15 segundos para ver la real
consistencia de la pasta
(esto se debe a que cuando
se efectúa la regulación del
agua hay todavía mortero en
el interior con la cantidad de
agua previa)
Efectuar por lo tanto pequeñas
variaciones para encontrar
la consistencia requerida
ATENCIÓN
Con la válvula de regulación toda
abierta la presión no debe jamás
descender a menos de 0,8 bar.

Wenn man eine Schalttafel
benutzt, die nicht von WAM ®
stammt, sicherstellen, dass
keine Vorrichtung vorhanden
ist, welche die Umkehr
der Drehrichtung von WET-
MIX ® gestattet.
5)Die START-Taste drücken und
die Wassermenge prüfen, indem
man sie, bevor man mit der
Mörtelmischung beginnt, auf
1000 Liter/h eicht, und zwar mit
dem entsprechenden Stellventil.
Nach diesem Vorgang die
STOP-Taste drücken.
6)Den Rüttler an die entsprechende
Steckdose anschließen
und den Betrieb desselben
prüfen, indem man die
Start-Taste drückt.
Wenn man das geprüft hat,
sofort die STOP-Taste drücken
(es ist zu vermeiden, dem Rüttler
laufen zu lassen, wenn das
Ventil des Silos geschlossen
ist, weil das Material sonst
dazu neigt, zu verkleben).
7)Das Ventil des Silos öffnen
und die START-Taste drücken.
In einem ersten Moment sieht man
nur Wasser auslaufen und nach
circa 15 Sekunden folgt die Mischung.
Die Mischung sieht sehr flüssig
aus. Weitere 5 Sekunden circa
abwarten, um die effektive Beschaffenheit
des Mörtels zu beurteilen.
Sollte der Mörtel zu feucht oder
zu trocken ausfallen, ist das
Wasserregelventil entsprechend
einzustellen.
Anm.: Eine kleinere Einstellung
vornehmen und circa 15
Sekunden abwarten, um die
tatsächliche Beschaffenheit
der Mischung zu sehen
(dies beruht darauf, dass
danach, wenn man eine Einstellung
des Wassers vorgenommen
hat, das Wasser
auf jeden Fall noch mit der
vorherigen Einstellung in der
Mischung vorhanden ist).
Daher nur geringfügige Einstellungen
vornehmen, bis
man die gewünschte Beschaffenheit
des Mörtels
findet.
ACHTUNG
Wenn das Einstellventil ganz geöffnet
ist, darf der Druck nie unter
0,8 bar sinken.

Then press STOP.
6)Connect the vibrator to the
plug provided and check its
working by pressing the start
button.
Then immediately press the
STOP button (avoid operating
the vibrator when the silo valve
is closed as the material tends
to get compacted).
7) Open the silo valve and press
the START button.
Initially only water flows out,
and after about 15 seconds, the
mix starts flowing out.
The mix may seem to be very
liquid. Wait for another 5 seconds
to check the actual consistency
of the mortar at full
operating speed.
If the mortar is too wet or too
dry, adjust the water regulator
valve.
N.B.: make a minor adjustment
and wait for 15 seconds
to check the actual consistency
of the mixture (this
is because,, when the water
is adjusted, there is still
some mortar present inside
containing the previous
amount of water).
Then make minor variations
till you get the required consistency.
ATTENTION
With the regulator valve completely
open the pressure must
never fall below 0.8 bar.

Nel caso di utilizzo di quadro
non WAM ® assicurarsi che
non sia presente nessun dispositivo

5)Premere il pulsante din START
e controllare la quantità di acqua
tarandola, prima di iniziare
l’impasto della malta, sui 1000
litri/h, agendo sull’apposita valvola
di regolazione.
Fatta questa operazione premere
il pulsante di STOP.
6)Allacciare il vibratore all’apposita
presa e controllare il funzionamento
dello stesso premendo
il pulsante di start.
Verificato questo premere immediatamente
il pulsante di
STOP (occorre evitare di fare
andare il vibratore quando la
valvola del silo è chiusa perchè
il materiale tende a compattarsi).
7)Aprire la valvola del silo e premere
il pulsante di START.
Si vedrà uscire in un primo momento
solo acqua e dopo circa
15 secondi l’impasto.
L’impasto sembrerà molto liquido.
Attendere altri 5 secondi circa per
vedere la reale consistenza della
malta a regime.
Se la malta risultasse troppo bagnata
o asciutta, agire sulla valvola
di regolazione acqua.
N.B.: effettuare una piccola
regolazione e attendere circa
15 secondi per vedere la
reale consistenza dellimpasto
( questo è dovuto al fatto
che quando si effettua la regolazione
dell’acqua è comunque
presente malta all’interno
con la precedente
quantità di acqua).
Procedere quindi a piccole
variazioni per trovare la consistenza
richiesta.
ATTENZIONE
Con la valvola di regolazione tutta
aperta la pressione non deve
mai scendere sotto gli 0,8 bar.

de la limpieza diaria es

- Cortar la corriente.
- Quitar el revestimiento de la
descarga.
- Extraer la hélice de mezclado

REINIGUNG DER MASCHINE
ACHTUNG!
Vor dem Öffnen des Deckels
und/oder der Inspektionsklappen
sicherstellen, daß
die Stromversorgung zum
Elektromotor unterbrochen
ist.
Die Nichtbeachtung der folgenden
Anweisungen kann
Funktionsstörungen verursachen
und die Garantie auf
die gelieferte Schnecke außer
Kraft setzen.
Die Maschine ist am Ende
jeder längeren Arbeitsunterbrechung
zu reinigen.
- Die Auslaufklappe des Silos
schließen und den Rüttler abschalten.
- Das restliche Produkt einlaufen
lassen.
- Die Wassermenge erhöhen
und die Maschine laufen lassen,

flows out (1 to 2 minutes).
Apart from cleaning the mixer
every day, carry out the
following operations once at
the beginning of every
week:
- Disconnect the power supply.
- Remove the outlet spout.
- Remove the mixer shaft and
clean.
- Check and clean the mixer
chamber, if necessary.

CONTROLES TABLERO ELEC-

Diariamente:
- Controlar la integridad de las
protecciones de los componentes
eléctricos e hidráulicos
(cuadro, motores y tomas / hélices).
- Verificar la integridad del aislamiento
de los cables eléctricos
y de los pulsadores y de las

- Verificar el estado de los tubos
del agua y respectivas uniones
Semanalmente:
- Controlar la integridad de los
componentes eléctricos e hidráulicos

En caso de sustitución de componentes
debido a roturas y/o
anomalías de funcionamiento,
sustituirlos con repuestos del

DRENAJE
En el caso en que la temperatura
descienda por debajo de 0° centígrados
es necesario efectuar
el drenaje máquina.
Operar del siguiente modo:
- Cerrar la alimentación agua
- Desconectar el tubo de alimentación
agua al cuadro y hacer
salir el agua presente en su interior.
- Con el cuadro bajo tensión
apretar los pulsadores DRAIN
hasta la salida total del agua
del circuito.
- Girar el mando del interruptor
general en posición 0- off,
- Desconectar el cable de alimentación
cuadro y de conexión
cuadro-mixer.
- Desenganchar el cuadro eléctrico
y ponerlo en lugar protegido.

WASSERABLASSEN
Falls die Temperatur unter den
Nullpunkt absinken kann, ist das
Wasser aus der Maschine abzulassen.
Dazu folgendermaßen vorgehen:
- Die Wasserversorgung schließen
- Die Wasserzufuhrleitung von
der Schalttafel abtrennen und
das Wasser auslaufen lassen,
das eventuell darin vorhanden
ist.
- Mit spannungsführender Steuerung
die DRAIN-Tasten drücken,
bis alles Wasser aus dem
Kreislauf ausgelaufen ist.
- Den Griff des Hauptschalters
auf die Position 0-OFF drehen.
- Das Stromkabel zur Versorgung
der Steuerungl und zur
Verbindung von Steuerung und
Mischer abtrennen.
- Die elektrische Steuerung abtrennen
und in ein Gebäude
bringen.
CHECKING THE ELECTRO
-HYDRAULIC PANEL
Daily:
- Check the electric and hydraulic
component enclosures to
ensure they are perfectly
sealed and intact (panel, motors
and plug/sockets).
- Check the insulation of the
electric cables, the pushbuttons
and indicator lights.
- Check the condition of the water
pipe and the relative fittings.
Weekly:
- Check the condition of the electric
and hydraulic components,
and the calibration of the thermal
relays, fuses, pressure reducers.
If components are to be replaced
following breakage and/or operating
faults, use spare parts of
the same type and brand.
DRAINAGE
If there is possibility of the temperature
falling below 0° C, drain
the machine.
Proceed as follows:
- Turn off the water supply.
- Disconnect the water pipe connection
to the panel and drain
out any water that may be
present inside it.
- With the panel powered, press
the DRAIN buttons until all the
water is drained out of the circuit.
- Turn the main switch knob to
the 0-off position.
- Disconnect the panel and panel-mixer
power cable.
- Unhook the electric panel and
place it under cover.

e relativi raccordi
Settimanalmente:
- Verificare l’integrità dei componenti
elettrici e idraulici e verificare
le tarature dei relè termici,
fusibili, riduttori di pressione.
In caso di sostituzione componenti
per rotture e/o anomalie di funzionamento,
sostituirli con ricambi
dello stesso tipo e marca.
DRENAGGIO
Nel caso in cui la temperatura
possa scendere sotto gli 0° centigradi
occorre eseguire il drenaggio
macchina.
Procedere come segue:
- Chiudere l’alimentazione acqua
- Staccare il tubo di alimentazione
acqua al quadro e fare uscire
l’eventuale acqua presente
all’interno.
- Con il quadro in tensione premere
i pulsanti DRAIN fino alla
fuoriuscita totale dell’acqua dal
circuito.
- Ruotare la manopola dell’interruttore
generale in posizione 0off.
- Staccare il cavo di alimentazione
quadro e di collegamento
quadro-mixer.
- Sganciare il quadro elettrico e
porlo al coperto.

efectuar de diferentes modos.
De todos modos el instalador
debe usar todos los dispositivos
necesarios para evitar que, incluso
involuntariamente, una persona
pueda sufrir daños (tolva
idónea, rejillas de seguridad, …).
Quitar el embalaje del mezclador.
- Si se cuenta con un oportuno
medio de elevación (grúa, carretilla
elevadora u otros) es posible
fijar el mezclador completamente
montado.
- Usar medios de elevación homologados.
- Elevar la máquina hasta hacer
coincidir la boca de carga con
la brida inferior de la válvula
de mariposa que posee el silo.
- Apretar los bulones de conexión.
B) FIJACIÓN EN EL SILO CON
MEZCLADOR DESMONTADO
- Gracias a su modularidad, una
sola persona puede desmontar
fácilmente todos los componentes
de la máquina para luego
trasportarla y montarla debajo
del silo

A) BEFESTIGUNG AM SILO MIT
ZUSAMMENGEBAUTEM
MISCHER
Die Befestigung des Einlaufs an
der Silokappe kann auf unterschiedliche
Art und Weise ausgeführt
werden.. In jedem Fall
muß der Anlagenbauer bzw. -
aufsteller für Schutzmaßnahmen
jeder Art Sorge tragen, welche
verhindern, daß Personen zu
Schaden kommen (geeignete
Trichter, Schutzgitter etc.).
Den Mischer auspacken.
- Wenn man über geeignetes Hebezeug
(Kran, Gabelstapler
etc.) verfügt, kann man die
komplett vormontierte Maschine
befestigen.
- Nur zugelassenes Hebezeug
verwenden.
- Die Maschine anheben, bis der
Einlauf sich auf dem Niveau
des unteren Flansches der Siloaus-laufklappe
befindet.
- Die Verbindungsschrauben
anziehen.
B) BEFESTIGUNG AM SILO

- Dank der Modulbauweise kann
das Gerät leicht in seine einzelnen
Bestandteile zerlegt
werden, um dann von nur einer
Person transportiert und unter
dem Silo montiert zu werden.
Dabei wie oben beschrieben
vorgehen:

A) FIXING TO THE SILO WITH

The inlet spout can be fixed to

ways.In evry case the plant designer
or fitter must use take
care of every protection as to
avoid that people get harmed (appropriate
hoppers, safety grilles
etc.).
Unpack the mixer.
- One can fix the mixer completely
assembled if suitable lifting
equipment is available
(such as a crane, lift truck,
etc.).
- Use certified lifting equipment
only.
- Lift the machine until its inlet
spout matches with the lower
flange of the butterfly valve fitted
on the silo.
- Lock the connecting bolts.
B) FIXING TO THE SILO WITH
THE MIXER DISASSEMBLED
- Thanks to its modularity, the
machine can be easily dismantled
into its components for
transport and can be assembled
under the silo by one person.

Per tutte le operazioni di manutenzione
descritte di seguito:

A) FISSAGGIO AL SILO CON
MIXER ASSEMBLATO
Il fissaggio della bocca di carico
alla valvola del silo può essere
effettuato in diversi modi. In ogni
caso l’impiantista o l’installatore
deve usare ogni accorgimento
onde evitare che, anche involontariamente,
una persona rimanga
danneggiata (tramoggia idonea,
griglie di sicurezza,...).
Rimuovere l’imballo dal miscelatore.
- Se si dispone di un opportuno
mezzo di sollevamento (gru,
muletto e altro) è possibile fissare
il mescolatore completamente
montato.
- Usare mezzi di sollevamento
omologati.
- Sollevare la macchina fino a
congiungere la sua bocca di
carico con la flangia inferiore
della valvola a farfalla di cui è
dotato il silo.
- Serrare i bulloni di collegamento.
B) FISSAGGIO AL SILO CON
MIXER SMONTATO
- Grazie alla sua modularità, la
macchina può essere facilmente
smontata nei suoi singoli
componenti per poi essere trasportata
e montata sotto al silo
da una sola persona

Fijar el cuerpo de extracción en la válvula del silo apretando bien todos los
bulones (aconsejamos el uso de bulones M10x40 con tuerca autobloqueante).
Das förderschneckenseitige Gehäuse an der Siloklappe befestigen, indem
man alle Schrauben fest anzieht (die Verwendung von Schrauben M10x40 mit
selbstsperrender Mutter ist empfehlenswert).
Fix the puller body to the silo valve by securing all the bolts (use M10x40 bolts
with self-locking nut).
Fissare il corpo di estrazione alla valvola del silo serrando bene tutti i bulloni
(si consiglia l’utilizzo di bulloni M10x40 con dado autobloccante).

Carry out the operations at points 3 and 4 in reverse order to refit the mixer body and the motor.

Introducir la hélice en su cámara prestando atención a su acoplamiento con el
árbol del motor, (ayudarse girando un poco la hélice hasta su completa inserción).
Das Mischwerk in die Mischkammer schieben. Dabei auf die Flucht mit der
Antriebswelle achten (dazu die Mischwelle leicht drehen, bis sie auf der Antriebswelle
einrastet).
Fit the mixer shaft inside its chamber ensuring perfect coupling with the motor
shaft (turn the shaft slightly until it fits in perfectly).
Inserire l’elica nella sua camera facendo attenzione al suo accoppiamento
con l’albero del motore, (aiutarsi ruotando leggermente l’elica fino al suo
completo inserimento
Montar la protección de descarga y ajustar los cierres de seguridad.

Introducir la nueva hélice en el árbol.

Insert the new screw in the shaft.
Infilare la nuova elica nell’albero.
Posicionar el elemento B (rascador) luego del final del elemento A (hélice) exactamente
como se muestra en la figura; el rascador cónico deberá tener un diámetro menor a
contacto con la hélice A.
Das Element B (Abstreifer) am Ende des Elements A (Wendel) positionieren, so wie in
der Abbildung zu sehen. Der konische Abstreifer muss mit dem kleineren Durchmesser
der Wendel A in Kontakt sein.
Position element B (scraper) at the end of element A (screw) exactly as shown in the
Figure; the diameter of the conical scraper in contact with screw A must be lower.

Girar el motor en sentido antihorario y extraerlo del cuerpo máquina

Den Motor entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn drehen und aus dem Mischergehäuse

Slacken the screws connecting the gear reducer and the machine body.

Remove the mixing chamber from its frame and replace it with a new
one using the tools as shown in the Figure.

Volver a montar el cuerpo de mezclado, apretando bien los bulones,
volver a montar el rotor en el interior del cuerpo máquina y volver a

Das Mischergehäuse wieder montieren und Schrauben fest anziehen.
Den Rotor wieder im Maschinengehäuse einbauen und den
Auslauf montieren (wie im entsprechenden Katalogteil beschrieben).
Refit the mixer body, secure the bolts properly, refit the rotor inside
the machine body and refit the outlet spout (as shown in the section
concerned)

di sosta?
b) Pare che le condizioni atmosferiche
contribuiscano al
malfunzionamento?
Controllo parte silo
Il silo è equipaggiato con un vibratore
o con un martellatore?
Entra in funzione automaticamente
durante il lavoro della coclea
oppure si tratta di un dispositivo
manuale di emergenza per rompere
eventuali ponti?
Controllo parte elettrica
a) Sono possibili sbalzi di corrente
di alimentazione a causa
dell'avviamento contemporaneo
di diverse macchine?
b) L'impianto è equipaggiato con
un generatore di corrente?
c) Controllare se il motore riceve
corrente!
d) Controllare se il motore è collegato
correttamente e se i fili
sono fissati bene ai morsetti!
e) Controllare la regolazione della
termica del motore nel quadro
generale e confrontarla
con i dati sulla targhetta del

Comparar los datos con los expuestos
en la placa del motor.
d) Mientras la máquina gira en
vacío abrir lentamente la válvula
bajo el silo y controlar
continuamente la absorción,
la tensión y la frecuencia directamente
en la caja de bornes
del motor.
e) Hacer arrancar varias veces
la máquina llena y medir la absorción,
la tensión y la frecuencia.

b) Prüfen, ob Auslauf frei von
Verkrustungen ist.
3) Prüfung der Maschine
a) Ist die Maschine korrekt zusammengebaut?
b) Siloklappe schließen. Maschine
leerfahren.
c) Maschine einschalten. Leerlaufstrom,
Spannung, Frequenz
direkt am Motor messen.
Wellendrehzahl messen.
Stromaufnahme mit Motor- Typenschildangabenvergleichen.
d) Bei laufender Maschine jetzt
langsam Siloklappe vollkommen
öffnen und Stromaufnahme
sowie Spannung und
Frequenz bei Vollast messen.
e) Mischer mehrfach unter Volllast
anlaufen lassen und dabei
wiederholt Stromaufnahme,
Spannung und Frequenz
direkt am Motor messen.

d) While the machine turn at
empty, open slowly the valve
under silo and check continuosly
the absorption, voltage
and cycles directly on the
terminal department of the
electric motor.
e) Repeat starting procedure
with machine at full load and
read amperage, voltage and
cycles.

2) Controllo parte meccanica
a) Funziona il tappo di sfiato del
riduttore?
b) Assicurarsi che la bocca di
scarico sia libera di incrostazioni
che riducono la sezione
della stessa bocca.
3) Controllo della macchina
a) La macchina è stata assemblata
correttamente?
b) Chiudere la valvola sotto il
silo. Vuotare la macchina.
c) Avviare la macchina. Misurare
l'assorbimento, la tensione
di alimentazione e la frequenza
direttamente alla morsettiera
del motore elettrico.
Misurare la velocità di rotazione
della macchina a vuoto.
Confrontare i dati con quelli
riportati sulla targhetta del
motore.
d) Mentre la macchina gira a
vuoto aprire lentamente la
valvola sotto il silo e controllare
continuamente l'assorbimento,
la tensione e la frequenza
direttamente sulla
morsettiera del motore.
e) Fare partire ripetutamente la
macchina piena e misurare
l'assorbimento, la tensione e
la frequenza.
4) Controllo del prodotto
a) Denominazione del prodotto?
b) Densità? (kg/dm 3 )
c) Granulometria? (µm/mm)
d) Umidità? (%)
e) Scorrevolezza? (fare scorrere
il materiale su una lamiera
aumentando lentamente
l'inclinazione)
