Aprile 20112.5 PROCEDIMENTO DI BASE PER LA VALUTAZIONE DEIRISCHI PER LA PRESENZA DI AGENTI CANCEROGENIIl proce<strong>di</strong>mento per la valutazione dei rischi derivanti da agenti cancerogenisi articola nella valutazione dei seguenti punti:• in<strong>di</strong>viduazione delle sostanze cancerogene o sospette cancerogene,sulla base degli elenchi prodotti dalla legislazione vigente;• sostituzione, se possibile, con sostanze alternative;• identificazione dei <strong>di</strong>pendenti potenzialmente esposti.Gestione del rischio residuo (secondo quanto <strong>di</strong>sposto dal Titolo IXCapo II del D. Lgs 81/2008 successive mo<strong>di</strong>fiche ed integrazioni):• in<strong>di</strong>viduazione delle misure <strong>di</strong> protezione collettive (procedure <strong>di</strong> sicurezza,attrezzature, ecc.);• in<strong>di</strong>viduazione delle misure <strong>di</strong> protezione in<strong>di</strong>viduali (DPI);• emissione <strong>di</strong> <strong>di</strong>sposizioni <strong>di</strong> servizio;• interventi <strong>di</strong> formazione e informazione;• programmi <strong>di</strong> visite perio<strong>di</strong>che;• programmi <strong>di</strong> manutenzione preventiva;• sorveglianza sanitaria specifica.DOCUMENTO DI SICUREZZA E SALUTE11RIMA S.
