4. Gewährleistung Warranty, Garantie, Garantie, Garanzia, Garantia, Gwaranzja1. In the case that a KESSEL product is defective, KESSEL has the optionof repairing or replacing the product. La constatation de manques évidents doit fairel’objet d’un compte-rendu immédiat ; en cas de manques non reconnaissablesou cachés, ce compte-rendu écrit sera envoyé dèsque ces manques auront été constatés. KESSEL est responsabledes réparations et livraisons postérieures dans les mêmes conditionsque celles de l'objet du contrat originel. En cas de nouvelles livraisons,le délai de garantie reprend, mais seulement en ce quiconcerne le volume d'une nouvelle livraison. Une garantie ne peutêtre transmise qu’aux objets nouvellement fabriqués. La durée degarantie est de 24 mois après livraison par notre contractant. Za naprawy i dostarczone w terminie późniejszymczęści, firma KESSEL odpowiada w takim samym stopniu jakw przypadku umowy pierwotnej. W razie dostarczenia nowych częścigwarancja działa na nowo, ale tylko w zakresie nowej dostarczonejczęści. Gwarancja obejmuje jedynie przedmioty nowe.Okres gwarancji wynosi 24 miesiące licząc od wydania zamawiającemuumowy.
