Sauce: Heat the oil in a frying pan, then cook the<br />
minced beef and chopped onion for about 10 min<br />
until browned all over. Pour over the tomato sauce<br />
and beef stock, add the dried herbs. Bring up to<br />
the boil, then simmer for 10 min.<br />
Use dried, precooked lasagne noodles. Layer<br />
noodle, meat sauce, and cheese then repeat. Then<br />
sprinkle evenly with remaining mozzarella cheese<br />
on the top of noodles and put them on the low<br />
rack. After cooking, stand for 2-3 minutes.<br />
