Stamat è in grado di progettare, sviluppare, realizzare qualunque scatola
sterzo su specifiche del cliente seguendo tutte le fasi secondo quanto
richiesto dai costruttori OEM in linea con ISO / TS 16949. A partire dallo
studio di fattibilità con supporto di disegnazione CAD 2D e 3D, prototipazione,
test funzionali e di fatica, PPAP fino al benestare cliente ed alla produzione
in serie. Le materie prime sono certificate ed acquistate da primarie aziende.
Le lavorazioni meccaniche, i montaggi ed i collaudi sono eseguiti all’interno
di Stamat, per un maggiore controllo qualitativo. Stamat sviluppa i prodotti
e le attrezzature per tutti i componenti della scatola al suo interno.
Stamat is able to study, develop and put in production any new steering
rack for new projects, following the specifications of the customers, controlling
all stages as required by O.E. cars manufacturers and complying
with the ISO/TS 16949 rules. Starting from the feasibility study through
CAD 2D and CAD 3D drawings, prototypes, functional and fatigue/life tests,
up to the final customer approval and the following mass-production. The
high flexibility of the company permits to achieve the final result in a very
short time and at very competitive costs.
