Trouble Cause Troubleshooting
The engine will not start up.
Engine runs unevenly
No current from generator.
� Fuel cock closed
� No fuel
� The starter pull too weak
� Too little oil in the tank.
� Too small appliance Ignition
system not in order
� Poor fuel
� Short circuit
� Defective cable
� Loose cable

1. Make sure that the fuel cock on/off
switch are in on position
2. Make sure that there is enough
fuel in the tank.
3. Pull the starting cable stronger.
4. Replenish the oil
1. Make sure that the plug is properly
mounted. Make sure that the plug
cable is on the plug. Clean the plug
and check the electrode distance.
2. Make sue that the used fuel is
correct.
8. Inspections and Maintenance
1. If the light indicator is off, the
defect is impossible to be cleared by
yourself….

Regular cleaning and maintenance is essential for perfect functioning and long service life of the unit.
No smoking in the course of the described jobs.
Never work close to sparks, flames or open fire.
8.1. Winter Operation
As it is very difficult to start up the generator at temperature below 0° or it is not possible at all, pour light
oil in hole (Fig.1, 2, 3/Pos. 11) carefully.
Do not pour 0.2 l all in one at a time and pour in a smaller amount of oil first. If the generator will not start
up, add a small amount of oil.
The quantity of 0,2 l should never be exceeded.
