Conferimento incarico al geom. Flavio Chiesa dello Stu<strong>di</strong>o Tecnico 2000 con sede in Cogolo <strong>di</strong> Peio per l’elaborazione<br />
del progetto esecutivo relativo al sottopasso nella pista <strong>di</strong> sci da fondo in località Plan <strong>di</strong> <strong>Rabbi</strong>.<br />
Autorizzazione a proporre giu<strong>di</strong>zio avanti al T.R.G.A. <strong>di</strong> Trento avverso la procedura seguita dal Comitato <strong>di</strong> Gestione<br />
per la Provincia Autonoma <strong>di</strong> Trento del Consorzio del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio per la nomina del <strong>di</strong>rigente<br />
periferico. Liquidazione acconto in favore del patrocinatore legale <strong>di</strong> questo <strong>Comune</strong>.<br />
Vertenza <strong>Comune</strong> <strong>di</strong> <strong>Rabbi</strong> / Signori Gatti – Speccher. Presa atto conclusione vertenza innanzi il T.R.G.A. <strong>di</strong> Trento e<br />
saldo spettanze in favore dello Stu<strong>di</strong>o Legale Associato Dalla Fior – Lorenzi <strong>di</strong> Trento.<br />
BILANCIO DI PREVISIONE PER L’ESERCIZIO FINANZIARIO <strong>2008</strong> E BILANCIO TRIENNALE <strong>2008</strong> – 2010. Prelevamento<br />
