Il Tyfon è una macchina
che converte l’energia
termica in energia frigorifera
e può essere utilizzata in
abbinamento a un modulo di
cogenerazione creando un
processo di trigenerazione.
Il Tyfon, utilizzando l’energia
termica di recupero o quella
prodotta dal cogeneratore,
produce freddo basandosi
sulla condensazione e
sull’evaporazione.
A differenza dei tradizionali
gruppi frigoriferi,
in sostituzione del
compressore meccanico,
impiega una fonte di calore
alimentata direttamente
da un bruciatore o
indirettamente tramite
vapore, acqua calda o
potenza
