ESAC ESAC è il SAC di CPL Concordia per la telelettura dei correttori di volume e dei contatori in conformità alla normativa dell’Autorità per l’Energia Elettrica e il Gas(del. AEEG 155/08). ESAC è composto da diversi moduli funzionali che consentono di teleleggere e telegestire gli apparati di misura e le relative componenti di comunicazione. Queste attività vengono gestite in accordo con quanto definito nelle norme UNI TS 11291. ESAC si compone di funzioni per l’acquisizione – periodica o istantanea - di dati e di profili di consumo elaborati dai Gruppi di Misura (GdM). In generale ESAC è in grado di sfruttare tutte le funzionalità previste dai GDM in campo, sia per la lettura di dati sia per impostazione/modifica di parametri di configurazione. All’interno di ESAC è previsto un modulo di comunicazione che implementa i protocolli di comunicazione definiti nella norma UNI TS 11291 - 3 (CTR e DLMS – COSEM). ESAC è strutturato per gestire una notevole mole di dati ed è adeguabile alle necessità di ogni singola azienda. ESAC è composto da vari moduli e progettato con tecnologia SOA (Service-oriented architecture) in modo da rendere indipendenti ed interoperabili i vari layer funzionali. ESAC is CPL Concordia’s CAS for the remote reading of the volume correctors and the meters, in conformity with the regulations of the Regulatory Authority for Electricity and Gas (Resolution 155/08 of the Regulatory Authority for Electricity and Gas). ESAC is comprised of various functional modules that allow the remote reading and remote management of the measurement devices and the corresponding communications components. These activities are managed in accordance with the provisions of standards UNI TS 11291. ESAC consists of functions for the periodic or real- time acquisition of data and consumption profiles processed by the measurement units. In general ESAC is able to make efficient use of all the functions of the measurement units in the field, both for reading data and for setting/ changing configuration parameters. ESAC contains a communications module that implements the communications protocols defined in standard UNI TS 11291 - 3 (CTR and DLMS – COSEM). ESAC is comprised of various modules and is designed with SOA (Service- Oriented Architecture) technology so as to make the various functional layers independent and interoperable.
