Robusta – Precisa – Semplice<br />
Nella testa <strong>per</strong> <strong>alesare</strong> M40 lo spostamento della slitta viene rilevato da una riga<br />
ottica. Un microprocessore elabora i dati e li trasmette sul <strong>display</strong> LCD <strong>con</strong><br />
risoluzione millesimale. Grazie a questo sistema l'errore di registrazione e di<br />
lettura è notevolmente ridotto.<br />
Costruzione robusta<br />
Con l'impiego di nuove tecnologie la testina <strong>M040</strong> e diventata ancora piú<br />
robusta. Protezione <strong>con</strong>tro polvere e acqua classe IP 67.<br />
Lettura diretta = lettura precisa<br />
Altre testine, malgrado l'alta precisione di costruzione indicano solo<br />
indirettamente lo spostamento della slitta. La nostra testina M 040 indica<br />
direttamente la misura di registrazione.<br />
Semplicita' d'impiego<br />
E'stata ancora semplificata, e <strong>con</strong> solo 2 pulsanti, si puo'passare dalla modalita'<br />
assoluta a quella relativa, e azzerarla.<br />
La posizione assoluta 0 (bilanciata <strong>con</strong> la slitta im pos. 0) si puo trovare<br />
manualmente anche senza presetting.<br />

Le nuove slitte intercambiabili fino a diametro 103 sono costruite in lega<br />
