Golden Oaks Golf Club, located here, hosted the event, which included a game of golf. With a score of 83, Jack Monnoyer of Deer Park Lumber Inc., Tunkhannock, PA, was the winner, followed in second place by Michael D’Angelo, of Laufer Group International Ltd., New York, NY, with a score of 85. Alan McIlvain Company has been a lumber supplier since 1798. Today the company handles tropical and Appalachian Hardwood lumber. They maintain inventory at 7 million board feet and do custom lumber sorting as well as custom mouldings.
