Headlining the opening afternoon presentation was guest speaker Pete Mate, president and co-owner of Planit Canada Inc., which has multiple offi ces in Canada. His topic at the CHB meeting focused on the future of hardwood in the kitchen cabinet industry. Mate has been involved in the woodworking industry since 1999.
