Jim Horne, Perfect Plank Co., Oroville, CA prefer to read National Hardwood Magazine online only 1% National Hardwood Magazine is pretty wellbalanced. It covers the industry well. Roger Duba, Churchill Cabinet Co., Cicero, IL National Hardwood Magazine covers the industry very well. I use it for sourcing, also. I like all of it. Paul Smartwood, World Wood Products I like the Trends columns, as I am most interested in my for our customers to read. I always glance through it; then pass along to my employees. Chris Olson, Lifestyle Cabinets, Fridley, MN I have found some reliable suppliers through the Ads in National Hardwood Magazine. Brenda Palmer, Palmer Handrail, Corinth, MS I keep an eye out for new suppliers in the Ads. I also like to read the features on Producers/End Users and I like the Forecasts. Jeff Warren, J & W Furniture Frames, Pontotoc, MS I like to look at the lumber Ads, the features on Producers/End Users, and the photos to look for people I know in the industry. Rickey Ewing, Rickey’s Furniture I like it all; I read it all pretty thoroughly. I glance through each issue and read what strikes my interest. David Barnes, Barnes Millworks, Pittsburg, KS Of the Buyers responding... Here are the age groups along with the percentages that responded 21 to 34 11% 35 to 50 33% 51 and older 56% Prefers reading: Hard Copy 89% Digital Copy 10% Internet usage: Uses for sourcing 47% Facebook/ 36% Twitter/ Instagram Social Media 21% I like the Who’s Who column and the Ads. Red Bank, NJ I like all of it. I also use the Ads for sourcing. Luc Caron, Caron Fine Wood Products Inc., I like the features on Producers/End Users, Trends, Trade Talk and Convention photos. It helps me keep up with trends in the industry. Archbold, OH I have the latest issue, turned to Trade Talk, open on my desk right now. It is well-done; stays on top of issues in the Hardwood industry. I throw it in my briefcase when I travel.
