Als er sprake is van een overtred<strong>in</strong>g zal <strong>de</strong><br />
<strong>in</strong>specteur, afhankelijk van <strong>de</strong> situatie, een<br />
waarschuw<strong>in</strong>g geven of een eis tot nalev<strong>in</strong>g<br />
stellen. De <strong>in</strong>specteur zal ook een boete<br />
geven als <strong>de</strong> RI&E ontbreekt of een<br />
waarschuw<strong>in</strong>g geven als <strong>de</strong> RI&E of het plan<br />
van aanpak onvolledig is.<br />
