Analytische performantie 1. Pre-analytisch factoren • STAALTYPE: stoelgang • TRANSPORT: goed afgesloten container • BEWARING: < 72u (2-8°C), zoniet -20°C tot -80°C • NIET: waterige stoelgangstalen. Antibiotica, PPI’s s en bismuth preparaten kunnen vals negatieve resultaten geven

Effect verdwijnt 2 weken na stoppen van PPI’s. (Manes et al. 2001)
