“Our family office is for Dutch families, entrepreneurs
and charities who have questions
about their assets. How do I keep my
administration under control? How do I prepare
my children to follow in my footsteps?
Nienke has a legal background and Maartje
an economic one, which means that we have
the necessary knowledge in all areas. Due to
our age and the fact that we are women, we
often have a different view on issues than
our male colleagues. In this way, we form a
complementary and diverse team, which is
important for the various families that we
serve. We see that the family office branch
within our company is growing strongly. We
believe this is because there is a greater
need for (financial) unburdening. The duties
of a family office are varied. Administrative
work, drafting of asset reports, guidance in
philanthropy, fiscal and legal coordination,
safeguarding privacy, acting as a confidential
adviser and sparring partner: it is all part
of our daily activities.”
