2 Put the plug in the wall socket.<br />

3 Switch the appliance on by selecting the preferred setting. (fig. 5)<br />

4 When you have finished drying your hair, switch the appliance off.<br />

5 To remove the nozzle from the appliance, press the release<br />

button and pull the nozzle in the direction of the arrow.<br />

Storage<br />

1 Unplug the appliance.<br />

2 Detach the attachment (see 'Preparing for use', section<br />

'Connecting and disconnecting accessories').<br />

3 Do not wind the mains cord round the appliance.<br />

4 Put the appliance in a safe place and let it cool down before<br />

storing.<br />

You can store the appliance and its attachments in the pouch.<br />

Cleaning<br />

Detach the attachments from the appliance before you clean them.<br />

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.<br />

Never rinse the appliance with water.<br />

◗ The appliance can be cleaned with a small brush or a dry cloth.<br />

◗ The attachments can be cleaned with a moist cloth.<br />

◗ Regularly detach the air inlet grille and clean it with a moist cloth.<br />

Make sure the attachments are dry before using or storing them.
