TAKING THIS COURSE WILL INCREASE YOUR KNOWLEDGE and understanding<br />
of safe activity in areas where there are gases and dust that could explode<br />
if ignited by a spark or flame. These are known as <strong>Ex</strong> areas.<br />
The course teaches you how to avoid potentially dangerous situations<br />
in offshore and onshore <strong>Ex</strong> areas. Whether your work involves cleaning,<br />
setting up scaffolding, driving a fork-lift truck or working with equipment<br />
and components that are not <strong>Ex</strong> classified, this course is for you. The<br />
course does not cover working or spending time in <strong>Ex</strong> areas underground.<br />
The course is available in both English and Norwegian.<br />
