SUMMARY
Nowadays having larynx cancer isn’t a reason for a completly removal of the
larynx, if it is discovered and treated in the beginning.
There are many different types of surgery for the treatment of larynx cancer. This
work shows some others surgery of larynx and some voices results after the reconstruction of
larynx area.
In these techniques of surgery some authors show their experiences and point the
bests results obtained on the reconstruction by taking a skin peace of its own neck, by sliding
the epigloty, by taking a place of esterno-hióideo muscle and others muscles.
The voice’s results will depend on the technique of reconstruction applied and on
the possibilities of vibration on the remains structures.
