A geração atual de trabalhadores, com disposição para
atuar nas indústrias com tarefas associadas a linhas de
montagem, já não é mais farta como em tempos anteriores.

na maioria das empresas. Por esta razão, não são raras
as empresas que investem em sistemas robotizados para
otimização de mão de obra.
Em tempos passados, o termo robotização, ou célula
robotizada, não soava bem aos ouvidos de muitos
empresários, devido aos altos custos envolvidos com a
aquisição e operação desses sistemas. Mas isto mudou.
Com o advento da tecnologia e a multiplicação de empresas
fornecedoras de soluções, os custos observados
para este segmento já se encaixam nos orçamentos de

more abundant like it was before. The difficulty in hiring

companies investing in robotic systems for manpower
optimization are not rare.
In past times, the term “robotization”, or robotic
cell, didn’t sound well to many entrepreneurs. It was due
to the high costs involved in the acquisition and operation
of these systems. But it has changed with the advent
of technology and the multiplication of solution provider
companies. The costs related to this segment already
fit the budget of small- and medium-sized companies.
The popularity of manipulator robots for small loads
(2 to 7 kg) is raising opportunities for many companies
to make investments with quick return and guaranteed
improvements on their productive processes.
In this context, robotic automation is no longer
considered a complex issue and starts to be the element
