Ola! My nam e is Karolina and I am a Polish st udent from Wroc?aw. Current ly I st udy
t ourism m anagem ent at MA level. I had t his am azing opport unit y t o be a part of
Met aphora t eam for 3 m ont hs during m y int ernship. I have never m et t hat
passionat e professionals in m y life! During m y st ay t here I could see how t he NGO
w orks from t he inside, prepare w orkshops for children, help w it h art inst allat ions by
creat ing it and m aint aing. I have learned a lot about ecology and about t he w ay t o
prom ot e it , I had a possibilit y t o t ake part in t heat re perform ances for yout h and a
lot of t radit ional fest ivals. Thanks t o Met aphora I did not only develop m yself, m y
know ledge about t he zero w ast ing, but also I m ade long last ing friendships w it h one
of t he m ost inspiring and had w orking people I had chance t o m eet . The w ords
cannot express how grat eful I am for t his experience and I hope t here w ill be chance
for m e t o cooporat e w it h Met aphora in t he fut ure.
