de acção nas ruas "Tokyo Revengers" de Ken Wakui. Takemichi,
um homem de meia idade e um falhado descobre que
a sua namorada do liceu, Hinata, morreu às mãos de um gang
das ruas de Tóquio. Mas se ele nem é respeitado pelo seu chefe,
como poderá ter sucesso contra um grupo tão poderoso?

Na adaptation to live image of the street fight action Drama by

and a loser, discovers that his high school girlfriend has been
murdered by members of a gang in Tokyo. But, as he is not even
respected by his boss, how can he be successful against such

Na fábrica de sapatos o ambiente é pesado. Há mortes em
série das mulheres da zona. A polícia investiga, mas as provas
são poucas. Anos antes, um homem, Réti, fora acusado
de matar uma operária, mas negou sempre. Os crimes
continuam. O assassino está por descobrir e os investigadores
estão nervosos. Este filme venceu diversos prémios
internacionais nomeadamente em França, Itália, Polónia,
Egipto, Brasil, Inglaterra ou Bruxelas.
In a shoe factory, the atmosphere is heavy. There is a serial killer
around, killing only the woman. The police investigate but proof is
scarce. Years before, a man has been charged with the murders,
but he has always denied them. The killings continue. The killer is
yet to be discovered and the investigators are nervous. This
feature had many international awards, being in the selection
of prestigious countries such as France, Italy, Poland, Brazil,
England or Brussels.
ÁRPÁD SOPSITS
O realizador Árpád Sopsits estudou na Academia de Teatro
e Cinema. A sua primeira longa–metragem foi "Shooting
Gallery" (1989) que teve estreia na Quinzena dos Realizadores
do Festival de Cannes onde foi premiada. Seguiram–
–se outras, como "Videoblues" (1992) e "Abandoned"
(2000) igualmente premiadas. Depois vieram, entre
outros filmes, "The Seventh Circle" em 2009, Melhor
Filme do Festival de Amsterdão, e "Strangled" (2016)
que integra a Retrospectiva Húngara e "Supporting Actors"
em competição no Fantasporto 2024.
Multi–awarded Hungarian director, Sopsitse studied in the
Academy of Theatre and Cinema. His first feature was "Shooting
Gallery" (1989) which opened in the Directors' Fortnight in the
Cannes Festival where it was awarded. It was followed, among
others, by "Videoblues" (1992) and "Abandoned" (2000), equally
awarded, "The Seventh Circle" in 2009, Best Film in the
Amsterdam Film Festival, and "Strangled" (2016) which is part
of this Hungarian Retrospective. Next came "Supporting Actors"
(2023) in competition in the Directors Week in Fantasporto 2024.

Este é o primeiro filme da trilogia que trata dos descendentes
da Horda Dourada do lendário conquistador Genghis Khan,
nomeadamente os sultões Kerey e Janibek e a sua saga
guerreira. Estamos em 1457, época das grandes migrações.
O vasto império está em guerra permanente e o povo
pede paz e ordem. Entretanto, as intrigas e as guerras
pelo trono não permitem o início de uma nova nação.
Sumptuosa reconstituição histórica de uma cinematografia
pouco conhecida.
This is the first feature of a trilogy that deals with the descendants
of the legendary conqueror Genghis Khan, namely the sultans
Kerek and Janibek and their saga. It is the year 1457, the time
of the Great Migrations. The vast empire is permanently at war
while the people ask for peace and order. Yet, intrigue and the
fighting for the throne are not allowing the birth of a new nation.
A sumptuous recreation of historical times coming from a lesser
– known cinematography.
