Serviciile eligibile vor fi filtrate automat dupa urmatoarele criterii:<br />
Pachetul <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> servicii - in functie <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> categoria <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> asigurat din Persoane astfel:<br />
o fara categorie sau cu categoria expirata - pachetul minimal <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> servicii<br />
o FACULTATIVA - pachetul <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> servicii aferente asigurarilor facultative<br />
o CARD EUROPEAN - pachetul <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> servicii aferent persoanelor posesoare <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng><br />
card eu<strong>ro</strong>pean<br />
o oricare alta categorie - pachetul <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> servicii <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> baza<br />
Varsta persoanei - in ani sau in luni - dupa caz<br />
Indicatorul <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> sex (ex. servicii <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> supraveghere gravi<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> eligibil doar pentru persoanele<br />
cu indicator <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> sex F)<br />
Intervalul <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> timp <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> la ultima prestare a serviciului - un<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> este cazul<br />
Niciun serviciu nu se poate presta <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> 2 ori inaceeasi zi<br />
Serviciile afisate pot fi filtrate suplimentar dupa urmatoarele criterii<br />
Generale - se vor afisa doar serviciile generale<br />
Imunizari - se vor afisa doar serviciile <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> imunizare<br />
Gravi<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> - se vor afisa doar serviciile <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng> supreveghere gravi<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng><br />
Permanenta - se vor afisa doar serviciile medicale acordate in cadrul centrelor <st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng><br />
permanenta<br />
Pentru imunizări, selectoarele au următoarea semnificaţie:<br />
Raportat CJAS – imunizare catagrafiată, prestată, care se raportează la CAS pentru<br />
<st<strong>ro</strong>ng>de</st<strong>ro</strong>ng>contare. Nu mai este necesară bifarea la “Catagrafiat” şi “Inoculat”
