• Screening trim I folosind ecografia si markeri biochimici la<br />
toate femeile gravide<br />
• Femeilor cu test pozitiv li se va oferi sfat genetic si<br />
diagnostic prenatal<br />
• Screening-ul integrat din trimestrul1 si 2 are o sensibilitate<br />
mai crescuta cu mai putine rezultate fals pozitive<br />
• Orice anomalie ecografica observata in trimestrul 2 conduce<br />
la sfat genetic si testare ulterioara<br />
