Obiective:<br />

Conceperea, modelarea <strong>si</strong> demonstrarea unor functionalitati fotonice noi sau<br />

imbunatatite, acordabile, la nivele mici de putere, ultrarapide, miniaturizate,<br />

controlabile optic sau optoelectronic.<br />

Conceperea, modelarea <strong>si</strong> demonstrarea de detectori <strong>si</strong> senzori optici selectivi <strong>si</strong><br />

cu sen<strong>si</strong>bilitate mare.<br />

Conver<strong>si</strong>a eficienta de energie utilizand nanostructuri fotonice. Integrarea<br />

fotonicii cu nanotehnologiile.<br />

- Tip cercetare: CA <strong>si</strong> CF<br />

- Impact CA: tehnologia informatiei <strong>si</strong> comunicatiilor, materiale, senzori, metrologie,<br />

energie<br />

- Impact CF: dezvoltarea cunoasterii in fizica, stiinta materialelor, chimie, stiinta<br />

informatiei, stiintele vietii<br />

Subiectul 3.3. Plasmonica in structuri metalice sub-lungimea de unda<br />

Motivatie: Dezvoltarea cunoasterii <strong>si</strong> utilizarii interactiunii lumina-nanostructuri metalice<br />

<strong>si</strong> hibride in integrarea fotonica-electronica.<br />

Directii de cercetare:<br />

Procese de interactie a luminii cu nano-structuri metalice cu diverse forme <strong>si</strong><br />

distributii spatiale.<br />

Sisteme nano-plasmonice hibride <strong>si</strong> active.<br />

Plasmonica neliniara.
