<strong>in</strong>registrdrile <strong>de</strong> <strong>afaceri</strong> pot <strong>in</strong>clu<strong>de</strong> corespon<strong>de</strong>n[a electronica gi chiar note <strong>in</strong>dividuale,<br />
calendare gi agen<strong>de</strong> personale. E-mail-ul pus la dispozitie <strong>de</strong> companie se foloseste <strong>in</strong> primul<br />
16nd <strong>in</strong> scop <strong>de</strong> <strong>afaceri</strong>. Toate comunicafiile <strong>si</strong> adresa <strong>de</strong> e-mail pusa la dispozitia angajatilor<br />
este <strong>si</strong> va ramane proprietatea exclu<strong>si</strong>va a firmei <strong>Farmaceutica</strong> <strong>REMEDIA</strong> S.A. <strong>si</strong> nu va putea<br />
fi folo<strong>si</strong>ta <strong>de</strong>cat exclu<strong>si</strong>v <strong>in</strong> scopul <strong>in</strong><strong>de</strong>pl<strong>in</strong>irii atributiilor care fac obiectul muncii persoanei <strong>in</strong><br />
cadrul companiei.<br />
Orice corespon<strong>de</strong>nta privata este <strong>in</strong>terzisa, <strong>in</strong>diferent ca acestia sunt alti salariati ai<br />
<strong>Farmaceutica</strong> <strong>REMEDIA</strong> S.,4.ori persoane d<strong>in</strong> afara acesteia, ori pe care o va primi <strong>de</strong> la<br />
asemenea terti, <strong>in</strong>clu<strong>si</strong>v orice atasament care <strong>in</strong>soteste corespon<strong>de</strong>nta. Un asemenea mesaj,<br />
<strong>in</strong>diferent <strong>de</strong> format, este <strong>si</strong> va ramane proprietatea exclu<strong>si</strong>va a <strong>Farmaceutica</strong> <strong>REMEDIA</strong> S.4.<br />
Angajatul nu poate <strong>in</strong>voca niciun drept cu privire la adresa <strong>de</strong> corespon<strong>de</strong>nta ori la cont<strong>in</strong>utul<br />
mesajelor expediate d<strong>in</strong>spre ori primite la acesta adresa.<br />
In acest sens, salariatul <strong>in</strong>telege <strong>si</strong> con<strong>si</strong>mte ca <strong>Farmaceutica</strong> <strong>REMEDIA</strong> S.A. are dreptul ca,<br />
pr<strong>in</strong> angajatii <strong>si</strong> colaboratorii sai calificati, <strong>si</strong> <strong>in</strong> orice moment, sa monitorizeze, cenzureze ori<br />
blocheze mesajele care <strong>in</strong>tra ori ies <strong>de</strong> la adresa aratata, fara notificarea prealabila a<br />
salariatului <strong>si</strong> fara sa fie nevoie <strong>de</strong> con<strong>si</strong>mtamantul acestuia.<br />
Angajatii nu pot folo<strong>si</strong> e-mailul pentru a obf<strong>in</strong>e profit perconal, pentru a face publicitate, a<br />
solicita fonduri, a trimite scrisori <strong>in</strong> lan[ sau orice alte mesaje care pot d5una reputaliei<br />
societatii <strong>Farmaceutica</strong> <strong>REMEDIA</strong> S.A..<br />
Email-ul trebuie folo<strong>si</strong>t cu discernEmdnt atunci c6nd se trimit <strong>in</strong>formatii confi<strong>de</strong>ntiale sau <strong>de</strong><br />
proprietate, <strong>de</strong>oarece comunica[iile pr<strong>in</strong> e-mail nu sunt <strong>si</strong>gure, fi<strong>in</strong>d <strong>in</strong> fapt o carte pogtalE<br />
electronicS.<br />
Folo<strong>si</strong>rea Internetului trebuie sd se realizeze <strong>in</strong> conformitate cu politica firmei astfel <strong>in</strong>cat sE<br />
nu se <strong>de</strong>zvaluie <strong>in</strong>forma[ii confi<strong>de</strong>nfiale sau sE se obt<strong>in</strong>a <strong>in</strong>forma[ii neautorizate. Este strict<br />
<strong>in</strong>terzis5 accesarea gi distribuirea <strong>de</strong> materiale pornografice sau ofensatoare pr<strong>in</strong> Internet<br />
sau e-mail.<br />
3.5 - Anqaiament social<br />
<strong>Farmaceutica</strong> <strong>REMEDIA</strong> S.A. se implica permanent <strong>in</strong> actiuni umanitare, <strong>de</strong> responsabilitate<br />
sociala, <strong>de</strong> folos public, <strong>de</strong> educare profe<strong>si</strong>onala sau culturala.
