3.6 - Functia <strong>de</strong> mo<strong>de</strong>l a conducerii societitii<br />

Conducerea societ6fii are o functie <strong>de</strong> mo<strong>de</strong>l. Organele gi managementul <strong>de</strong>monstreaz5 pr<strong>in</strong><br />

viafa lor un comportament etic impecabil. Comportamentul etic impecabil la locul <strong>de</strong> munc5<br />

semnific5 <strong>in</strong> pr<strong>in</strong>cipal onestitate gi corectitud<strong>in</strong>e <strong>in</strong> comportamentul cu angajatii cat gi cu<br />

clientii, fu rn izori i, alti colaboratori <strong>si</strong> reprezentantii <strong>in</strong>stitutiilor statului.<br />

<strong>in</strong>tegritatea gi buna reputatie a societEtii <strong>Farmaceutica</strong> <strong>REMEDIA</strong> S.A sunt <strong>de</strong> o importan[E<br />

Pentru realizarea obiectivelor, ne bazEm pe competenfa <strong>si</strong> eficienta angajafilor nogtri.<br />
