Zasady i formy pracy W specyficznej sytuacji terapii logopedycznej można stosować ogólne zasady uczenia kierowanego (według L. Ďuriča i in. 1988): zasadę motywacji, informacji zwrotnej (sygnalizowanie prawidłowego lub nieprawidłowego działania człowieka z ZZK), zasadę powtarzania i zasadę transferu (przesyłanie przyswojonych umiejętności przy automatyzacji). Stosowane są tu również pewne inne, tradycyjne zasady z pedagogiki (zasada poglądowości, systematyczności, utrwalania, indywidualnego podejścia itd.), zasady pedagogiki specjalnej (dyspensaryzacji, socjalizacji/resocjalizacji itd.), a zwłaszcza specyficzne zasady logopedyczne. Do zasad logopedycznych należą zwłaszcza zasady minimalnej akcji, relaksacji (terapia przebiega przy maksymalnym odprężeniu psychicznym i fizycznym, z jak najmniejszym wysiłkiem), kom<strong>pl</strong>eksowości, symetryczności stosunku terapeutycznego (klient i logopeda jako równorzędni partnerzy), podejścia multisensorycznego/monosensorycznego (według aktualnej potrzeby), krótkotrwałego, ale częstego przećwiczenia, funkcjonalnego używania mowy, podejścia holistycznego, wczesnej stymulacji, imitacji naturalnego, normalnego rozwoju mowy itd. Jedną z najważniejszych zasad jest zasada pokonywania bariery komunikacyjnej: ukierunkowania się nie ściśle na język czy mowę, ale na człowieka, który ma ZZK, jako na jednostkę bio-psycho-społeczną. Naturalnie, czasem można z trudnością odróżnić zasady ogólne od specyficznych – zależy to od kąta widzenia i sposobu a<strong>pl</strong>ikacji. Oprócz tego przy terapii poszczególnych rodzajów ZZK można stosować jeszcze bardziej konkretne zasady (np. przy dyslalii zasadę używania głosek pomocniczych). Według I. Borbonusa i V. Maihacka (2000) wymieniamy następujące formy terapii logopedycznej: terapia indywidualna (30-, 45- lub 60-minutowe posiedzenia); terapia grupowa (3–6-osobowa); terapia intensywna (np. kilka razy dziennie); terapia interwałowa (w odstępie kilku tygodni lub miesięcy). Ewidentne jest, że są tu możliwe różne kombinacje poszczególnych form (np. indywidualna terapia interwałowa itp.). Terapia może mieć – w zależności od specyfiki danego przypadku oraz orientacji terapeuty – różne ukierunkowanie. Na przykład J. Dvořák (1998) mówi o terapii: kauzalnej (ukierunkowanej na przyczyny ZZK), symptomatycznej (ukierunkowanej na przejawy ZZK) i całościowej (tj. holistycznie ukierunkowanej). 1.4.3. Logopedyczna profilaktyka Naturalnie, jeżeli jest to możliwe, priorytet przed terapią ma prewencja – zapobieganie ZZK. W logopedii można stosować metody profilaktyki pierwotnej, wtórnej i trzeciorzędowej.
