Lokacija<br />

Opština Kikinda nalazi se u Republici Srbiji, u<br />

severoistoènom delu Autonomne Pokrajine Vojvodine,<br />

zahvata teritoriju severozapadnog Banata. Obuhvata grad<br />

Kikindu i devet naseljenih mesta. Granièi se sa pet opština i<br />

državom Rumunijom. U neposrednoj blizini nalazi se pet<br />

graniènih prelaza (Horgoš i Ðala – meðugranièni prelazi sa<br />

Maðarskom, Nakovo i Vrbica – meðugranièni prelazi sa<br />

Rumunijom, i Srpska Crnja – meðunarodni granièni prelaz).<br />

Kikinda je udaljena od Beograda 127 km, od Novog <strong>Sad</strong>a<br />

110 km, od Subotice 105 km. Kikinda je centar<br />

Severnobanatskog okruga.<br />

U opštini se nalazi nekoliko veoma pristupaènih lokacija za buduæe investicije,<br />

sa plansko definisanim prostorom, ureðenim imovinsko-pravnim odnosima,<br />

uz kompletnu izgraðenu infrastrukturu. Raspolaže i sa nekoliko ruiniranih<br />

salaša koji se smatraju potencijalno vrednim lokacijama za razvoj etno i<br />

izletnièkog turizma.<br />

Location<br />

The municipality of Kikinda is located in the Republic of Serbia,<br />

in the northeast part of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina,<br />

covering the northwest Banat. It encompasses the town of<br />

Kikinda and nine other settlements. It borders with five other<br />

municipalities and the Republic of Romania. There are five<br />

border crossings in the vicinity (Horgoš and Ðala – Hungary,<br />

Nakovo and Vrbica – Romania and Srpska Crnja – international<br />

border crossing).<br />

Kikinda is 127 km from Belgrade, 110 km from <strong>Novi</strong> <strong>Sad</strong>, 105 km<br />

from Subotica. Kikinda is the centre of the Severnobanatski<br />

district.<br />

Traffic infrastructure<br />

Roads: 170 km of roads intersect the municipality of Kikinda,<br />

including M-3 and M-24, as well as regional R-123.<br />

Railroad: Kikinda - Banatsko Veliko Selo – Romanian border/<br />

Žombolj 14.3 km, Kikinda - Novo Miloševo - Èoka - Senta - 42<br />

km, Kikinda - Mokrin - Vrbica - Podlokanj - Bantsko Aranðelovo<br />

Waterways: to the south of Kikinda until the dam on the Tisa,<br />

close to <strong>Novi</strong> Beèej - 48 km, to the north of Kikinda until Szeged<br />

– 114 km. The Kikinda Pier boasts a reloading capacity of<br />

between 100,000 and 500,000 tonnes and a container terminal.<br />

Airports: the airport in Kikinda was opened in 1955 (sports<br />

flights, gliders, helicopters and parachute jumps). The closest<br />

civilian airport is in Timisoara (78 km), while the “Nikola Tesla”<br />

Airport in Belgrade is 150 km away.<br />

Industrijska zona nalazi se na periferiji grada, uz jugoistoènu granicu<br />

graðevinskog rejona. Obuhvata gradjevinsko zemljište delova blokova<br />

41 i 43. Za predmetnu lokaciju izgraðen je idejni i glavni projekat<br />

infrastrukture, rešeni su imovinsko-pravni odnosi. Radovi na<br />

infrastrukturnom opremanju su u toku.<br />

neposrednoj blizini je železnièka pruga Pristanište – 3 km<br />

The industrial zone is located in the outskirts of the town, by the southeast<br />

border of construction zone. It covers segments of blocks 41 and 43. The<br />

master infrastructure project has already been drafted and there are no legal<br />

disputes over ownership rights. Works on infrastructure are currently in<br />

progress.<br />

Distance from main communication routes: M-3 – 0.7 km, with railroad<br />

Pristanište only 3 km away.<br />

Lokacija se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada u zoni sporta i<br />

rekreacije, obodno okružena objektima individualnog stanovanja.<br />

Unutar bloka su sportsko-rekreativne površine (zapoèet atletski<br />

stadion, stadion FK „Kikinda“, tereni za tenis, košarku, mali fudbal ,<br />

mini-golf, sportska hala sa tri otvorena i dva zatvorena bazena),<br />

zaštiæeni deo prirode park “Blandaš”, dom za uèenike i studente,<br />

omladinsko naselje, Staro jezero “Števanèeva bara” (proširenje<br />

nekadašnjeg reènog toka reke Galadske, sada ureðeno šetalište), Motel<br />

“Lovac”, meteorološka stanica Kikinda.<br />

In the vicinity of the town centre, in the sporting-recreational zone, with<br />

residential facilities surrounding the area. There are some recreational<br />

facilities in the block (unfinished athletic stadium, FC „Kikinda“ football<br />

stadium, tennis, basketball and handball courts, mini golf course, a sports<br />

hall with three outdoor and two indoor swimming pools), natural park<br />

“Blandaš”, student hostel, youth camp, old lake “Števanèeva bara” (extension<br />

of former riverbed of the Galadska, now a cultivated walking zone), Motel<br />

“Lovac”, weather forecast station Kikinda.<br />

Detailed regulation plan is currently being revised.<br />

Option to provide complete infrastructure.<br />
