Expanding our horizons
Nothing ever stands still here at Larch Cottage and Peter is currently
in the throes of completing an extension to the upstairs seating area in
the restaurant and the kitchen below. He has designed an oak framed
room with expansive windows looking out
onto the gatehouse access to which is via
the upper restaurant. Opening in February
2015, comfortably seating up to 20 and
with our own Greenhouse catering, this is
a perfect venue for meetings or private
parties within the beautiful setting of
Larch Cottage Nurseries.
Another expanding part of the
business is our Mail Order Service
now in its 10th year, which sends out
parcels throughout the week on a next
day delivery service. The developments
on our growing fields have meant that
we now have a dedicated packing shed
from which all plants are packed and
sent on their way. Smaller orders are
sent out in boxes and larger ones on
pallets and we send out to all areas of UK including highlands
and Islands and throughout Europe.
